Just no. Machia should at least have am 7 million in power and Twice should have an incalcuable power since he could simply keep on making cliones uypon clones upon clones. Of course the clones get weaker all the time so I'd put him around 6.5 million. Himiko's awakened quirk allows her to cuse whaterever quirk she has coated herself in. In is not her copying that quirk, it is the REAL power of that quirk. So if she understands the quirk she can use it.
In short... since she understands Twice, her power level of her awakened quirk should be 6.5 million as well.
Nagant's power level was like 1.5million at most. She was just good at using her quirk. The quirk itself was actually pretty weak.

the most funny thing is see is Aizawa(Eraserhead) being 3 times stronger than the usj nomu while he got stomped absolut under valued usj nomu power or over value Aizawa

U know that All Might won against All for One in his prime? And that he only got injured because he let himself get emotionally carried away?
Both were on a similar level in their prime but if one has a slight advantage over the other, it should be All Might.
That's not how powerlevels are calculated though. It is not based on who won or whatever but rather the damage it can create I guess? All Might won because he persevered and was willing to die in order to win. Basically his passion allowed him to use 100% of his 10million. Meanwhile AFO technically might have become scared and started going on the defensive which made him lose. Also, All Might literally punched his head off... so it is possible All Might concentrated all his power on one single punch and abandoned all defense. This could have caught AFO unaware.
@@ExodusCore While I get your point, it is based on pure speculation about how the fight between All Might and All for one went.
In fact, we know nothing about the fight between them in their primes. What we know is that All Might won the fight and that that he was less injured than All for One. Gran Torino also indicated that the only reason All Might got critically injured at all was because he was letting himsefl get emotionally carried away, implying that All Might could have won the fight uninjured.
They were roughly equal but evidences are there that All Might was slightly superior to AFO and when looking on All Might's punches and their impacts I don't doubt that All Might could keep up in destructive impact.
@@ExodusCore I can see an arguement for giving them the same powerlevel as All for One has a greater set of abilities but I don't see him beyond All Might.

USJ Nomu is probably lot higher (probably closer to 2mil) and Eraser Head is lower (like 1mil or something). USJ Nomu bodied Aizawa before All Might came and the post-injury All Might's (whose post-injury power level you say is 4mil) victory against USJ Nomu was bit over Mid difficulty.
Also I'd put Hood Nomu to 2mil or bit over, because Endeavor needed to use his full power to beat it and the battle was for him somewhere between Mid and High difficulty.
