He is! It's hilarious! Even as a child he was alot smaller than Natsuo and Fuyumi (you can see it in the flashback where they're all playing ball), he just looks huge because most other LOV members are even shorter!

The amount of people in-between, Kirishima, Bakugou, Momo and Todoroki is insane, they're literally almost the same height.
Kirishima, Bakugou, and Todoroki all are tall heights by Japan standards and only average to below average heights by Western and European standards.
Meanwhile, Momo’s height would put her to be universally tall for a woman and still above average by European standards.
Also, the boys all came from humble family households while Momo came from an extremely wealthy family so she definitely got a lot better nutrition, services, genetics, and other self-care needs that one could ever ask for.

Tbh, All Might in his skinny to buffed and vice versa transformations looks that he actually does get shorter/taller in terms of his height and definitely gets smaller/bigger in terms of his own muscle mass.
My own rough estimate would be in his skinny form, his height should be around 6’7 to 6’8 more or less, but when transformed to his bulky state, he is 7’2 to 7’3.
He shrinks to about 5’9

5'11 is a tall height for men, specially in Japan and considering he still a student.
I feel like a lot of the boys are short for their age but if I remember correctly Aizawa was like 5'5" when he was in school and hit a late growth sport so he's 6' as an adult.

Robert Wadlow had a genetic disorder of some sorts.
All Might, for a perfectly healthy man in his prime to be able to reach a height of 7’2 to 7’3 is beyond incredible since even in real life, not a lot of people can even reach 7 foot and STILL be buffed, bulky and incredible big as hell.
Not to mention, he has good looks lucky from his genetics.
