- This video is a promo for a new skin for the classic TimP Nebula library - 37J - Classic Valve Tape Machine
The Studer J37 was at the forefront of multi-track recording, a technique that revolutionized studio production.
Abbey Road took delivery of four J37s each in 1965.
The J37 was a complete success; it was better-sounding, better engineered, and looked the business with its back-lit transport buttons and sleek galvanized styling. The durability of the machines - and the addition of wheels by the Abbey Road technicians - enabled them to be easily moved around the studio complex, allowing for another J37 to be bought into the control room to increase the number of recording tracks.
J37 is famous for recording the Beatles through 1965 - 1969, especially for the innovative Sgt. Pepper’s album recording.
TimP library features:
* 4 sample rates
* 4 channels sampled set at at 15ips
* special saturation/compression presets with PRE-emphasis channel instance and DE-emphasis saturation
* additional aggressive DE-emphasis saturation
* Hiss wav files

Try the combination - Channel module in Pre-Emphasis (PE), with Saturation module with aggressive De-Emphasis (DE !) on individual sources, and use GDRV on Saturation module, to drive the sound nicely (also use MKUP to recover the gain). You'll be surprised)

Подскажи пожалуйста, а в данном примере, в видео, какую связку программ ты использовал на индивидуальных треках?
1. 37j Channel
2. 37j Channel + 37J COMP/SAT FLAT
3. 37j Channel pre emphasis + 37J COMP/SAT de-emphasis

3-й вариант. Это режим в котором разработчик рекомендует использовать библиотеку для достижения максимально аутентичного результата.
Так-же на гитарах, и басу использовал DE-emphasis Agressive (DE ! - обозначен ана скине), со значительными установками Trim, рекомендую экспериментировать.
Макс, кайф! А каким софтом пользуешься для разработки, если не секрет? 3DMax,C4D,PS, Ilustrator....?

@@fjkjhu878 c AA у меня никаких связей нет. Но сейчас работаю с некоторыми разработчиками VST плагинов.
Из того что могу рассказать - уже вышли 2 плагина Pulsar Modular с моим дизайном: P42 Climax, P565 Siren

Я не делаю скины на Acqua плагины. Это закрытая технология АА. Их имеют право делать только те кто прошел официальное обучение на их воркшопах.
