I can so imagine an artistic type living here. Maybe a writer, sitting on that terrace to write. Or a painter, with all of that beautiful light. Sure, it's not for everyone, but I'm confident this place will have no trouble finding a loving owner.

The monthly maintenance fees in an old building like that must cost a fortune.
It's hard to believe $1M is the average price with so many multi million dollar apartments in so many expensive neighborhoods.
I’m quite certain that whoever buys it will do a complete renovation. It’s charming but dated. An amazing terrace for al fresco dining.🥂

The apartment and the commentator are both beautiful. The hustle and bustle she referred to seem to be in abeyance due to the persistent covid epidemic that is likely to continue for years.
Cute apt! It's has the same style as my house, a 100+ year old craftsman bungalow. I bet that apt costs 10x what my house does! If you wait long enough everything comes back in style!
This is definitely a unique NYC apartment and that terrace area alone is worth the asking price! It's such a cute little apartment , you could really do a lot with it. Definitely has more of a French countryside feel rather than UES. However, whoever staged the apartment put WAY too much furniture and bric-a-brac in there, and many pieces of the furniture are too large in scale for the size of the space, (for example, those two giant dressers in the bedroom.). Sarah, I agree with the other person who said that it may be time for you to get your real estate license. You really seem to have an interest in it and a knack for sales. And, multiple income streams are always good for a self-employed person! I say, go for it!!! And, as always, great video. Your videos just keep getting better and better. :-)

I really think you need to talk about how much rent is in New York and the problem with it rather than putting rose tinted glasses over it and showcasing them these places which aren’t affordable.

No modernization needed. It's made to look and feel vintage on purpose; which makes it perfect, and unique.
I'm a little bit sad because you said it was a wrap-around terrace, but then you didn't walk all the way around it. Even if the other sides might not have been as attractive, I still would have liked to see what they looked like.
