Can you please include the monthly common fees in these videos? I've looked at buying a few units where I am and the common fees can vary so much for what seems like the same features.
Yes, I'm planning on making a video going into how much someone actually has to be worth to purchase a $20M home. UA-cam algorithm is responsible for desensitizing us to luxury homes haha
@@erikvanconover the algorithm definitely does play a major a part! also thank you sm for showing us this home, as you’ve done a wonderful job!! i really appreciate it&you loads!!
It reminds me that years ago I used to be in a GG group in my country (In South America), and even people here had the audacity to call the Humphreys poor. Then I had to explain them they were actually upper middle class, and that they would be very wealthy in our country.
This one looks quite different! It actually feels somewhat cozy as well as comfortable quite unlike several of the examples that felt like concrete laboratories
Much more character and personality in this Appartement. I feel like these modern luxurious minimalistic concrete apartments are so soulless and not worth the asking price. Never makes you feel welcome, much less at home.
@@andrefecteau do you really want me to tell that there is little nutrition in fresh fruits or vegetables? There is a reason why the WHO suggest eating 5 vegetables and fruits a day
Hello Erik ! Could you put the metric equivalents in a subtitles style whenever you say a measurement ? It would hugely help your followers from outside the US ! Thank you so much, keep up the good work !
This is gorgeous! I love the primary bedroom closet hidden behind the accent wall for the bed. Very smart use of space. I think having extra space used as an office in the gathering room was also very smart. I love it!
Thank you Erik for doing what you do. You have given me some great remodeling ideas, especially regarding the seamless kitchen cabinets. Great job showcasing all the possibilities of enjoying one's living space.
Omg, this is stunning! As an interior designer the only thing that I would change are the doors in the laundry unit, they're fine but I think it would be so much nicer if they went back to the sides when you open them (like hide in the sides of the closet). It would feel so much nicer and they wouldn't be in the way when open.
Seeing “realistic” luxury apartments in NYC is much more entertaining. I may never get that $20+MM apartment but $3MM is doable!! 😆. Great video, beautiful apartment! ❤️❤️❤️
The windows & the porcelain counter...just stunning. Not sure I like appliances taking up pantry space but then again, not much room elsewhere for them.
Hi. Hey wishful thinking. By the time you can afford $3million. You will be very short because prices keep going up. Seriously these new big apartments for this price range is reasonable honestly. It is NYK? THEY ARE MODERN AND HUGE... LOVELY APPOINTED...???...+
Loved the master closet and all the recessed lighting throughout the space. I also loved the red outline of the mini layout you put in. Made it so easy to visualize navigating the loft.
Gabe @ 06:29 and yep this is definitely one of the best ones yet. It feels like a home. My favorite part in the sitting area with all those large windows.
Eric, this was a really great apartment loved it, its calm, and soft there is something cozy about this place its not small its like big the open space!!
Most Positive thing that caught my eye: the Japanese whiskey in the pantry. only negative I gotta say is the black backdrop for the kitchen - the oils from the fingers/prints show up. Eh maybe I’m nitpicking But if someone gave me this loft, I wouldn’t say no. :) It’s a beauty!!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Without a doubt my favorite part of the apartment was the open concept in the living room, dining room, kitchen, office room. Lastly, the large windows letting the light into the apartment. Stay Safe & healthy... Abrazos
One of the nicest apartments (only the bathroom with a tub is a bit boring when compared to the rest of the apartment)! I love it looks like home and is sophisticated at the same time. Very relaxed and serene. Would buy on a spot.
Absolutely stunning apartment. You nailed it on the head Eric. The person snapping on this apartment is going to scope a nice profit in two to three years. It will go up to 4-4.5 in that period. After watching the video multiple times my wife and I decided to take this layout as the starting point for our new home. We only want to add a garage and a space for utilities and sliding door to a small enclosed garden. Had I still had my business in New York I would have picked up this apartment in a heartbeat. This apartment has everything a person needs, whether you are a young professional or empty nester with desire to live close to the city.
Erik, what is your opinion on hidden appliances? I think they make a kitchen look funny. Also, imagine having to tell everyone who ever visits where the fridge is!
They do make a kitchen look funny indeed, it's like there isn't even a kitchen there. Also hiding the microwave inside a cupboard like this isn't a great idea, these things need ventilation while in use. Everything in there is going to smell like re-heated curry after a while.
I like that you put the floorplan on the screen but the dimensions can be hard to read. Could it be higher resolution? If not, it would be nice if you could tell us how big a room is. Love the content!
Thank you for the great quality videos, and also please I would like to know more about the modern projects of NY, the top districts, top sub districts,,,,and so on
Sharp dress. Looking at the plan and guestimating the scale I get only around 126m2 or 1360sqft inside the outer walls including the interior walls and the pillars. So it's an elegant but modest size apartment for 3mill. With warehouse views. Now I like hidden hinges and the beastie boys but not that much :) Now rather than preserving the industrial drab of Dumbo, imagine if like Vancouver Yaletown they levelled the buildings and built the same square footage but in slender tall buildings with green space between them. That means you have views from all floors facing any direction and similar incoming light and you have green parks at ground level, contributing to the view at the lower levels. Instead of blocks looking directly into blocks. It's worlds apart and you have the same squarefootage.Try visiting yaletown in google earth or listings. I was amazed that everyone had great views and light in a high rise city. Not just those grasping for rarified air bordering central park.

I love when you include the floorplan of the units as you move through the rooms. Helps better visualize the space.
thanks! It really helps you visualize the home!
the fact that $3mil is supposed to be more affordable&realistic makes my head&wallet hurt💀💀
true but compared to the others 20/30m dollars listing, it's still 10x cheaper

This looks like the Humphreys apartment in Gossip Girl and they’re called “poor” lol

Not bad for NYC
Well, if you know the prices of other apartments in NYC, this apart is such a good price
In Brooklyn it starts at 900k (for a studio), so yes, 3 Million is "affordable" ;)
literally was about to comment the same
For New York it is or did you forget what town you are in. Pay attention.
