Nice place! I thought your patio ending (pun intended) had an interesting touch. If you want to hang over the balcony and peer to your left you might catch a glimpse of the water. lol Isn't it 14 floors up? I'm not sure how worth it that water view would be, but you're definitely good at what you do in terms of maximizing every desirable feature of the property. lol 🧚♀
