Regarding the shields, after the rework they are overpowered, both Montagne and Blitz. With Monty, you can close the distance while being completely safe and you can rush towards the enemies like only Blitz was able to do. Now your head is protected when you melee and reload, it makes them a lot stronger than before, that's why you see them in every round in pro league. They have more counters than those mentioned, but it's tough considering Ubisoft nerfed impacts.
