Removing yellow pings would be stupid, like yellow pings is one the great things about siege and its competitive to do so. The thing with comp siege is you shouldn’t always have a straight even playing field that would be boring you should have ways to get around those things to even the playing field because if it was just a even playing field 100% of the time it would be repetitive and not mention just not fun

With the talk of removing yellow pings, that's complete baloney. Red pings have their functions, yellow pings have theirs, competitive players need to stop crying about it. Also, removing Zofia's withstand is hypocritical, being able to get up from being downed is broken UNLESS its a frost mat (That change almost completely killed frost tbh). Withstand was a feature meant to differentiate Zof from Ash, and given many more people still choose ash over Zof, I think withstand isn't too broken.

I don't remember who said it, but they said it best. They want Siege to be a Hero shooter, not a tactical shooter.

Yellow ping can just be disabled/enabled in any game that is set up to be under E-sports or any other conpetitive setting in their custom matches Also yeah cant look away without getting flashed but some people i know dont like the alternative flash accessibility because they said it looks as it if it gives an advantage as it feels as you can see the person faster then if its disabled

99% of these changes could have been for pro league only and left in for ranked and casual

i started playing siege in year 8 and there is nothing more fun then hopping into the game and playing terorist hunt till year 9 when it got removed and replaced with versus ai, i didnt experienced the year 1-7 so i dont know what is good in the game and what is not, but i know that terorist hunt was the best

Zofia's withstand wasn't only a funny unique ability, it was also a Siege's theme and now it's gone because "pros" might have forgotten that ability exists and they cried about their loss. For me they are just losers and the shouldn't rule how they game will work. The only thing "pros" are good at, is complaining and cry about everything it cause their defeat...maybe their skills🫢

That last bit with my boi Chanka, I love and hate his rework, I know he’s meant to be used as a site anchor for entry denial with his gadgets, but to me (as I almost ONLY play chanka on def) has always been clunky and inconsistent and is why I almost never use his gadget I just use his lmg. I once shot 3 nades on a stairwell when blitz was rushing me and this mf just ran through the fire and didn’t die (I somehow only did like 80 dmg with the nades) that was on one set of stairs and the middle flat part before the second set of stairs. A buff I can see for his gadget is to either make the nades detonate on impact, or have shorter fuse before they actually detonate

These are the reasons I don’t really want to hop back into siege the way Ubisoft balances this game is just ass backwards

They basically turned R6 from its realistic original game to a fucking arcade game, arguably worse then valorant now 😔the flashbangs change made me quit the game when the update dropped, I liked the factor of a 50/50 chance of being blind or keeping your vision

I've been playing since day 1 of release, and this is just a fraction of the things they've removed that have made the game SO MUCH WORSE. I still have a big love/hate relationship with siege, but man, what have they been doing the past 9 years. It's such a shame.

The membership isn’t bad if you sub for the whole year it’s cheaper than buying the battle pass every season plus you get “exclusive cosmetics”. The only thing I’d change is make it even cheaper and make it to where the cosmetics from the membership can never be sold on marketplace with the exception of direct transactions
