Jitter shadows function actually gives the shadows more precision in small crevices, helps reduce light bleeding and generally makes them behave a bit more like in legacy Eevee (but with no need for contact shadows), but might impact performance a bit. Also to see it in the viewport, you need to enable "Jitter Shadows" in render settings (but in render result it will work regardless).
Yeah with the only exception that eevee has no decent reflections, I hope they build some real ray tracing for eevee and eevee has some issues for animation, it has no sense being the faster engine designed for animation I will prefer cycles even if it takes tons of time rendering
hello i want to start making commercials in blender and motion design in unreal 5.4. And dont know what gpu to choose between 4070 and 7800 xt ? Can you give some advice please
Hey there! sorry for replying so late - but here is what I think: the rtx 4070 is about 2x faster than the 7800 xt (in blender at least) - but it has 4gb less vram - for me, I would take the rtx 4070 - but of course if you plan on creating some huge scenes it might be worth it to go for the 7800 xt with its higher vram. Hope that helps!
Probably the single most important video on the subject. But you have low views because you're not wasting time rambling endlessly or shilling your product for 10 minutes straight. Oh well, such is the nature of social media. Just one thing: set the Max Roughness to 1 and you will find that EEVEE is not darker than Cycles at all!

Ahh that's good to know! Thank you for pointing that out :-) I think I'm gonna pin this comment .

Thank you so much ❤❤❤
Amazing tutorial
Thank you! I'm glad you like it!
Awesome content brother..
hello can you do an exterior scene next with eevee

thank you

Mirrors are noticeable hard to do with eevee next!
what version of blender is this
4.2 I assume, because it supports Raytracing
@@kraney195 it is 4.2 indeed
4.2.1
Yep, it's 4.2
Yeah.... it´s easier to just use cycles...

Eevee next or eevee = realtime render ( not good for final render )
Cycle = cycle is good( displacement is bad )
No cycles its better anyway.
