This is a cool workout. I've been mixing in gym days almost exactly like this once per week. I blend bodybuilding style fits with kneesovertoes and some plyomeyric/Cardio mixed in

Definitely like the spring stool. I can squat to just below parallel and sit there…but I look like Jerry Lewis trying to get further or kneel down
I’ve looked into that hunkerin stool, but unfortunately they don’t seem to ship internationally at the moment. Canada is great, but sometimes makes it hard to get the cool stuff 😁
