More people should invest in Outlet timers with lamps that have red light bulbs in them and then have them turn on an hour before Sunset and turn off right around bedtime and it definitely makes a big difference. Especially in the calming effect of not being under white light

Coming off almost 2 years of what I would call excessive drinking(Alcoholism)
7 days sober. Lifting 5 times a week and doing between a 7000m-10000m row everyday. It usually takes me from between 30-50 mins. So I guess what I'm saying is thank you for the long-form videos! They get me through! Mark I been sayin it for years FUCK EM!

Guys who’ve lifted weights all their lives will never be athletic in the way a footballer (the Sport where you actually use the foot) or Basketball player or Tennis player or Boxer/MMA fighter will be. There’ll be no real explosiveness or agility or coordination. They’re too big, slow and stiff and used to doing everything at a snails pace because of the amount of mass they’re carrying.
