@@insanearcadesmen8752 Honestly, you're fine with Force. The pp Regen from force is tops. Either hunter or force are fine subs for Techter.

techter so slept on, going tech/hunter prob myself or fighter just to use weps

I hope that choosing a secondary class isn't going to be the equivalent of looking for whichever class has the best damage multipliers. Tbh, I kind of want to go techter/force so I can switch to a rod whenever I'm not comfortable with close distance. That aside, I appreciate this video, being a techter main in PS02. Looking forward to trying it out.

@@forchores9076 I have and I will stay by that statement for both pso2 and PSONG. Techter has one of the highest dps in the game because of their ability to abuse elemental weakness, plus they do elemental breaks better then force.

Gonna stuck with jp ngs. Because i cannot found any pso2 at steam or Microsoft store, maybe region problems.
Gonna use a katana camo on the sword and wand and utilize the multi weapon to its fullest to satisfy my Braver Needs

0:16 Fun Fact: Rappy will have a special death animation if they died from attacks with specific elements. Looks like this one is from Dark element, which is curious because we didn't have Dark techs yet

You can see that all Tech weapon PB has 6 elements combined before the attack came out.

im downloading this game now but i dont really know what its a bout is it just monster killing or is there lifeskills etc like BDO
you will love it, since its a new game its good for new players and veterans because everyone can start fresh, when you start experiment with the classes first (btw this game is a bit more demanding than its PSO2 counterpart, for it has new graphics and both NGS and PSO2 hence the big download)
at least its free to play unless you pay for cosmetics

Can Techter be played like force too? Since it has barta etc
it can be, but force is more like phantom and is more meant to be ranged and can move when using techs while techter cannot, techter seems more dmg based now rather than support but both force and techter can be used as support classes for their ability to use element weaknesses to their advantage and use of resta being a possible AOE heal.

Think the one major downside ive found with techer is the damage, it just falls off so fast compared to fighter, hunter or the rest of the damage oriented classes. I guess that's the price for having amazing group buffs.
Tech looks so much more fun with a sword skin then the usual wand. I’m start with a fighter but I’ve always luved mage classes so whenever I can unlock sword skins I’ll def hop into tech.
You won't need to get a skin for it. What steparu is using is a multi-weapon, in this case a combination of wand and sword. If you use the sword as the primary and the wand as secondary; when making a multi-weapon it'll take the appearance of primary weapon.

@@JungKooksTwin That's a ngs specific thing there's also quick weapon swapping for cool combat combos as well if they are the same series of weapon

well I assume you already know but sub classes are more just for choice rather than helping main classes now, you mostly get the sub class if you want to switch up playstyles smoothly to better situate yourself in situations

not really, similar to playing as etoile mixed with hunter now, seems more like a palidan playstyle in a lot of rpgs now, force plays like a phantom now, I don't know about other classes, but it seems the standard classes are more related to the scion classes now, which might mean they have plans for another type of scion class possibly?

depends but sub classes are more for choice rather than helping with the main class rather than PSO2, however they might be a good combo for high dmg over time for you can switch with the multiweapons instantly switching back and fourth choosing PA's from each classes causing you to do a lot of damage in one sitting

Until all the new players see the old pso2 players with the swag weapon camos. They may want to grab some of them too.
this game looks so nice and the combat feels like it has a lot of potential but its just all so confusing to me. do classes only have about 5 different abilities each? doesnt it just get repetitive quickly? whys the camera so awkward? im really trying to understand this game because it looks so damn cool and there has to be reason why its stuck around for so long. would someone mind helping me understand the pros of this game content-wise? or just help me to see what i seem to be missing
Base pso2 weapon camos carry over to ngs right? I want my starquake skin to be beautiful and vibrant in NGS graphics lol
they do carry overs, as long as the weapon camo has the available weapon, so if it is limited to only one weapon the camo is a dud unless you go to the PSO2 side of NGS
@@Myannerss awesome and yeah I have the starquake that applies to all weapons so it will work but I realize multiweapons won't be in the camo category lol

This game would appeal to me and probably alot more players if the Questing was a bit more fluid and easier to digest.

With whatever the fuck u want tbh
sub classes dont effect main classes anymore, its more so what playstyle you want, usually melee plus range works well, so techter plue force, techter plus gunner, or ranger

It’s a skin
it is a skin. They implamented a bit of Etoile and Phantom gameplay into the new Techter in PSO2NG. The other classes have been given the same updates by having a bit of Hero, Phantom, and/or Etoile put into them.

At least in PSO2, there's quite a bit of variety in the weapon skins. Wand had skins from giant mace, to sword, to lightsaberish thing. One would assume that New Genesis will eventually also have some decent variety of skins.
It's a 3 star ngs weapon called trois de wand or something along those lines. Some wand weapons are one handed swords like the nox series or the lavis cannon(beam sword) in base pso2. There are even camos out there can turn your wand into a one handed sword.
This better come to ps4/5..

thanks for this video to introduce this game. So, I will not play this. what the monster do, will not effect the player. the player do what she want to do, monter do what it want to do. they 2 like live in 2 seperate world, all thier connection is only on the hp. Is that can call this a game?

What do you mean? You can't just ignore what the monster does, even in the video Steparu counters the monster, and at higher levels of play using movement and skill movement to adjust to where a monster will be after it attacks is very common place.

That's because the player always using reflect every moment the monster attack if you were wondering why she didn't got knock back. Game these days usually have knock back or stun feature, so don't be upset.
This game is terribly optomised. Don't bother with it unless you have a $4,000 PC.
