We have a few things in common. Our evening routines are similar. I prefer to shower in the evenings as well, depending on my work schedule. I am on Intermittend Fasting also; I do have the challenge of 3 different kind of shifts - days, evening, nights. So this morning I will not eat breakfast jntil 11 AM, since I work a nightshift later on. And do I love lavender! 😊 I love reminders of the south of France, I used to live there. I prefer to go to bed early and get up early, whenever possible. And I prefer UA-cam over other channels as well. Hey sister!😍

Your videos give me confidence that the approach to life I am trying to have is normal. Not many people around can see it that way, but you would understand the need for gentle touch, fluency, transparency, and purity. That lightness of touch when you clean surfaces or folding blankets is spirit calming.
I love your pixie! It really fits you, and shows off your face. You look younger too!
Our evening routines are very similar. I start to wind down with a shower and get into my pj's around 8pm. No matter how late it gets, I can't go to bed without a shower. For me personally, it makes no sense to get into a lovely clean bed without getting rid of the dirt that we naturally build up in our hair and skin.
I can't go to bed unless everything is put away - everything has a home. I look out my clothing for the next day just like you even though I have to change into scrubs immediately at work.
You look so well, I am glad that you are recovering and yes, it must feel great to see your hair grow back. As an oncologist, I see many of my patients lose their hair, some even lose their eyebrows and eyelashes with aggressive treatment. When they visit me later in outpatient's, their joy of having their hair grow back is infectious.
Watching this video made me crave potatoes. I'm Lebanese and in summer we eat them cold with olive oil, lemon juice, chopped coriander and parsley mixed through.
Your potato salad sounds delicious. Being a nurse I have to shower before bed, I feel better being clean after being at work.

As so many say, your videos are so relaxing and your meals look delicious. You say you dont cook much but they always look nutritious and colorful. Thank you for the setting alarm tip! Seems so simple but never thought of doing it and as a result my evening meds get haphazard sometimes. Beautiful pixie and you look great, and a loving kitty to share the bed is icing on the cake.

There isn’t a recipe, it’s just warm potatoes and whatever I have in my fridge that day. Tomatoes, mozzarella, avocado on this day. White balsamic vinegar + salt.

Love the new hair growth, you look fabulous! I'm sure your function of beauty is great, but I'd like to suggest the "no poo" method. It's probably the most natural way to go, I've been doing it for over two years now, and my hair has never been healthier.
I wash my hair with chickpea flour, yes, chickpea flour, and I rince it with any garden herbs steepped in warm water, or any herbal tea, or acv diluted with water. I also do a weekly mask using flax and fenugreek seeds, just boil them for a while until you get a thick 'snotty" like goop, and leave it on your hair for about an hour.
Again, you look really healthy, so happy for you.

Always relaxing videos. Hello from Canada where we have long days too. My summer evenings involve a short walk listening to a podcast so I don't go bed too early and wake up really early like 4 am.

I am a firm believer in making sure that the kitchen is cleaned before bed and so is the dinning room and lounge, that includes fluffing the pillows 😂😂👍.

Interesting that you practice intermittent fasting. So do I, and I think it kind of fits into the minimalist lifestyle. I find it liberating to think about food for only a portion of my day. Also appreciate that you are open about the fact that you don´t cook for yourself. I don´t either but have been embarrassed to tell people how simply I eat, mostly one bowl dishes eaten with a fork or spoon. I found not having to cook when I began living alone to be also very liberating and I eat healthier and naturally lost weight.
So liberating to be able to choose what and when to eat!
It’s one of the benefits that I found of living alone. After years of cooking for a family, being able to eat what and when I want is bliss! 😄

I just use warm potatoes and add other bits to it.
