The problem I have with ALDI is that they never have any of the often attractive items they advertise in their circulars - Especially fresh meat! Very often, more times than not, I'll go to my local ALDI on the 1st, 2nd or 3rd day of a sale and not only do they not have the item that brought me in, they don't even have an empty place where it would be if the had any. Their ADs do all say "while supplies last" which says to me that the have 2 or 3 as a supply which sell out on the first day of the sale in the first 5 minutes. I have walked out of my local ALDI empty handed more times than I can count! They have great sales on stuff in their circulars but not on their shelves.
When I AlDi replenish stock shop, I know variety and inventory may be an issue but don’t get it a twist about it. Their basic prices are awesome‼️🇺🇸🌎🫶🏼👍🏽
@@BeegirlsHoneyHouseIt doesn't matter how awesome Aldi's prices are if their "awesome priced" items only exist in their Ads. I finally bought all the ingredients to make the bread recipe that you and Desi made on your channel a while back. Instead of almond butter I’m going to use pecan butter because they’re lower in oxalates. The flaxseed is good because it has the omega-3. Thanks for the recipe! 🍞

"High sodium = bad" is a myth that has been debunked times again. What IS BAD is not getting enough Potassium and Trace-Minerals from natural food sources. If you eat enough any "bleached" or "enriched" ingredient (like iodized salt which is in all processed foods), it will cause problems because our body requires vitamins and minerals in whole, complex form. A food that has been modified and stripped of all natural vitamins and injected with an artficial vitamin (like B, C, and D2) mined from a rock or manufactured in lab WILL cause an imbalance which can lead to serious complications, even fatal for some. That is where that myth comes from.
