Oribe is freaking amazing. Even the smell...I'd wear the scent all over if I had to. I've not found anything remotely close to the quality though. Maybe I'll try this.
@@juliannah5721similar notes to Mojave Ghost but Oribe’s signature scent is Cote d’Azur, a fragrance created with a renowned French fragrance house. Oribe also has a few newer fragrances that are a part of their line but the original is by far the best, in my opinion. I have tried several scents to find a more affordable version of Côte d’Azur but I can’t. Nothing compares and it’s worth the splurge.
I am so glad you made this video and talked about the negatives of other texturizing sprays. For so long now I've been buying bargain brand texturizers wondering why everyone was singing the praise of a texturizer. I have always found them to make my hair gritty, crunchy, matte and gross to touch. But with extremely thin and fine hair I definitely need one. I just didn't know their were any on the market that did not make the hair feel gross. I'm going out to Target to buy this one tomorrow😉 Thanks!
I loved everything in this video, Kayley! The background and the feel in general, it was so professional but relax at the same time. Keep up the good work!
I am digging this background! I've been looking for a texturizing spray that doesn't make my hair feel "crunchy". I'll have to check out the Kristin Ess spray. Thanks, Kayley! 😘👏
I just tried the KE shampoo and conditioner, and I'm in love with her line now. I was ecstatic to see this video, I was genuinely curious to how it compares to salon products. this leads me to think a good chunk if not the whole line would be similar. more videos like this please!
Just wanted to say you are my favorite hair youtuber!! I have been following you ever since the beginning and you have taught me so much! Braids braids braids! :) hahaha :) So happy about how far you've come!
This might sound really weird. I'm only halfway through the video, but I have to look at your hands in this video all the time. They look so feminine and nice in this video :)
I love this video! It's super helpful and I would love to see more like this! I also love your shirt! Would you ever consider doing a fashion video? You have such a great sense of style!
Wow so early! Kayley I just wanted to tell you how beautiful you are and how much your videos have helped me get through rough nights. Your ever present joyful attitude is a joy to watch and I have been a follower of yours for years! Stay beautiful! ily!❤️❤️❤️
When will your new website be up & running? I plan to get my hair highlighted & colored (like your video from September 2015) within the month & would like to view the page where you tell us what to explain to the stylist/colorist. Thanks Kayley! Stay fabulous!
I have super straight, fine hair (never colored) but a lot of it. It's also really long so keeping it healthy is important because damaged-looking long hair - 😝. Right? I would love to see a review on products like Redken's Anti-snap or other similar products that are intended to strengthen your hair. Thanks for your great videos! You're the only one who has ever been able to teach me with any success.
This video was awesome! Of all of the beauty guru UA-camrs, I really trust your opinion! I really struggle with hair products and would love to see more of these types of videos! Thanks!!
I couldn't stand the way the Kristen Ess one. I wasn't a huge fan of it either. I love my Not Your Mothers texture spray. I like the grit it gives my hair bc my hair is fine and slippery so I'm okay with it.
Thank you for this video! My can of Oribe is about to run out and I do not really want to spend $45 on another can, but I love this stuff! I will be trying the Kristin Ess. :)
I agree with the Orbie. The result at the end with the waxy, powdery feeling....nothing worse to have a finishing product that makes you feel dirty at the end. Orbie never gave me that feeling.
hi kayley! you have a lot of great hair tutorial from braids to bun to anything that impossible to possible. So i want to ask you, i have a natural black, very black asian hair that is medium and wavy but straight at the same time (weird ikr?) Can you make a hair tutorial on black hair because it doesn't show up quite nicely as a lighter hair does? And maybe you could give some trick here and there so like braids or little bit some pieces can show up more in the black hair. Thank you so much and keep making videos because, I LOVE THEM 😚😚😚❤❤❤
What is the difference between texturizing spray and dry shampoo? Also how do Oaui texturizing products compare to these two you reviewed in this video?
Yes I was thinking the Kristen Ess one also! Lol I have been looking into texturizing sprays especially by the brand by Not Your Mother's. I heard it's good but there are some critics that say otherwise so I'm curious and open to hear some opinions as well 😃
omg I just got the target one last night randomly shopping because I just finished the orbie one n I just can't I just can't justify that cost well timed video!!
omg I'm so glad this gave you a fluffy look that's exactly what I'm looking for in a texture spray n if course some volume. I use a shine spray so I don't need that from my texture spray omg soooo excited to try this tonight
Could you do a video/point out a video explaining how to get stubborn, thick hair to hold curls without falling too quickly? For years I've had to avoid curling my hair because it's so heavy the curls or waves don't stay and the hair ends up looking messy (in the bad way).
i didn't see you in a long time and you're still beautiful and nice as always but WHY DID YOU DYED YOUR HAIR :((( It was so precious with an amazing colour.. I think it's ok right now but your natural colour was amazing
I just wanted to find out about texturising sprays and was getting frustrated with all the extraneous talking. Really appreciate the way you got down to business and were so thorough. Kristin Ess FTW......thank you :) xo
I have a friend that has really fine thin air and she puts her hair in a bun all the time. she uses moose in her hair to get volume but from what I've been told is that it's bad for your hair. would this be good for this or is there something better?
Love your videos. Please do more comparisons with Kristin ESS products. I'd love to see you do the soft shine beach wave spray and the pomade against high end.
I love your bedroom and it is so beautiful and I think you are so beautiful and I love watching your videos and can I ask what kind of sprays do you recommend for me to try out and I love watching your beautiful videos and I can't wait to see more of them and I love to see more videos like this and also I like to see a makeup tutorial or a makeup review and a get ready with me
I am very sensitive to smells and get headaches from smells. Which one has the strongest scent? For example I have some Kenra Platinum texture spray and it's way too sugary sweet smelling.
I'd LOVE to see a video dedicated to affordable styling tools! I'm on a nursing student budget I can't afford fancy tools but I don't wanna completely destroy my hair 😂
My first bonus video in SO LONG! I hope you enjoyed it. What other bonus videos would you like to see?
As I've commented on Twitter (under another name), hair care routine!!!!
Kayley Melissa also, necklace tutorials, your DIY choker video was really great!!
Kayley Melissa can you review loreal pro products and choose the best ones and the worst ones?
Honestly i love all your videos!
Kayley, can you pleas review products from Elseve, the cheap ones and expensive ones? Thank you :)
I love the style of this video. Always impressed with how graceful and feminine you manage to be without seeming fake at all.
This is so true! Couldn't have said it better.
please do the best/worst drugstore dry shampoos and texturizing sprays!
The drugstore curling wand and the highend curling wand.
I want to see a video comparing a drugstore wands, and then several high end ones including NuMe and T3.
Oribe is freaking amazing. Even the smell...I'd wear the scent all over if I had to. I've not found anything remotely close to the quality though. Maybe I'll try this.
Ellen Marie O Oribe makes perfume!
The amazing smell gets me every time! Sooo good!
@@TRSjulie but isn't it Mohave Ghost? I have that perfume, & I was almost positive that's what they used
Kirsten Ess products have a wonderful scent!

Perfect timing! I've been looking for a texturizing spray and I didn't even know where to start. Thank you!

I wish I didn’t prefer the Oribe side. The product is sooo good. Just wish it wasn’t so expensive. Thanks for the comparison video!

I really liked this style of video! it was a nice change 😊
I have seriously been waiting for this video since you first mentioned it when you reviewed the Kristen Ess products!!
I am in love with the couch and pillows in the background! Also I love every single one of your videos so much!
This might sound really weird. I'm only halfway through the video, but I have to look at your hands in this video all the time. They look so feminine and nice in this video :)

I've wanted to for so long, but I've always been really nervous about it 🙈🙃
I'm sure it will be an incredible video -- you never disappoint; we're all hopeful!
Nooo, you totally got this! It would be cool to see a video about the basics in your wardrobe and how you style them. xo
Would love to see more head to head reviews of products at different price points!!
This is a great idea! Maybe more in this series comparing blow dryers, curling wands, etc.?
The background looks so beautiful!! Amazing vid, I'm always happy to see you've uploaded💕
Liked this before watching because I was waiting for this video since your original KE video!!!
This is the first time ever been this early😀 lived the video btw😊😊💖👌

Big difference between the two sides! Love Oribe! Plus the ingredients in it are not in any other product.

Keep comparing! This kind of videos are so much useful! Thank you!
Your hair is goals!!!!
Thank you so much for this video! I didn’t know that Kristen Ess made one of these - I’m definitely going to get some!
Which one smells better ?
aimee cosse I'm wondering to! The oribe smells divine!
I can't speak for Oribe but I have the Kristen Ess spray and I like the way it smells!
Do y'all know any good volumizing products. A spray that doesn't make your hair stiff as a board ?
Oribe smells better. Mostly because it literally smells like perfume. It makes your hair smell so good!
i love the Kristin Ess:) i have both and i like the scent of the kristin ess better than the oribe
Loved the editing here and the way this video was shot! Great job Kayley! Where is the Kristin Ess available?
I bought quite a few different products from Kirsten Ess at Rite Aid and Amazon, too. Love the fragrance!
Just found the Kristin Ess spray at target! I cannot wait to try it! I also picked up the texture powder too!
dry shampoos please! LOVING the new background BTW!
I couldn't stand the way the Kristen Ess one. I wasn't a huge fan of it either. I love my Not Your Mothers texture spray. I like the grit it gives my hair bc my hair is fine and slippery so I'm okay with it.
i've been looking for a good cheaper alternative to oribe. i love it but not the price!
I'm going to look for this at my Target this weekend!!!
Thank you for this video! My can of Oribe is about to run out and I do not really want to spend $45 on another can, but I love this stuff! I will be trying the Kristin Ess. :)
I always wish you would share your makeup selections with us. I love your eye shadows in particular.
Loving the middle part on you! So feminine and elegant

With these kind of products, how long do they last on the hair? Does the volume and texture kind of wear off within a couple of hours?
Can you do more drugstore hair product reviews? LOVED THIS VIDEO TOO! 🤗👏👍

Kayley!! Where did you get that shirt?!?! It's so chic!
Kayley, I absolutely love your videos. You look gorgeous. Hope you're having a great day!
How do you put the pomade into your hair and which one do you use?
In love with this background!!
Love it!! I love product recommendations!!!
does the Kristen ess give you enough texture for creating updos or does it remain too soft?
I just wanted to find out about texturising sprays and was getting frustrated with all the extraneous talking. Really appreciate the way you got down to business and were so thorough. Kristin Ess FTW......thank you :) xo
LOVE the Orbie spray! Obsessed with the scent! Wish it was available in Canada though :(
The quality of this video is amazing!
Would love a comparison video for curling and straightening irons! P.S. the styling of this video is gooorgeous!
I bought 5he $14 one and it’s great! Thanks!

OMG she is SO pretty. Love your vids
I like the Oribe one best...even with your hair the Oribe side had more cave room. I am trying to catch the Oribe on sale.
I am very sensitive to smells and get headaches from smells. Which one has the strongest scent? For example I have some Kenra Platinum texture spray and it's way too sugary sweet smelling.
it's 00.22 am here
I'm gona watch the video anyway 😇
Yes, please do more videos like this! :)
Could you compare the beach wave spray to a more expensive one?
Go out in hot humid weather and then. Tell me if you can or cannot notice a difference between the two texturizing sprays....?
I would love to know how these always compare to the alfaparf milano style stories spray wax.
I wished your tie breaker wouldve been how long your curls held w each spray
i really like these review videos!! Would love to see more :)
Where is your shirt from? Is it the same shirt Ingrid has in white and red from Zara?
Great video, very helpful.
I'd love to see if you can find a comparable product to the bumble and bumble air spun spray!
where do you buy your clear hair elastics
I can't afford any of them, so I'm fine😜 Love from Spain
In my country the kristin ess products are more more expansive than on official websites, double and then more money...
What about scent? I love the probe smell.
I'd LOVE to see a video dedicated to affordable styling tools! I'm on a nursing student budget I can't afford fancy tools but I don't wanna completely destroy my hair 😂
I think the Kristin Ess side looks better
I think kristin ess increased there prices bc i see it on amazon in canada for 40$ now
But the Oribe smells amazing!!
Love cheaper solutions!
Early squad
I have a hair spray my dad's sister gave too me I dont know of it will FRICKEN kill me
what about united texture spray
i am thinking of starting a channel any advice
I have the Kristin Ess one and the smell is pretty awful to me 😩
God.. She is gorgeous.
as stylist. re commend buying high end on eBay
No hair product should ever be 45 bucks and can..that's ridiculous no matter how much it cost.
hi
😊
cool
