Just discovered that video looking for a solution to avoid spending a fortune in weights ... You open a new window in my mind with hundreds of possibilities 👍👍 thanks a lot
Great design, much better than the ridiculously expensive and badly designed X3. One modification I would make, would be to clear the corners to stop the bands rubbing, possibly an angled slot.
You're welcome! Funny story...My daughter was watching me standing on the bands and said, What if you get so strong that you lift yourself off of the ground?" lol
Thanks for the novel idea and how-to! I think I'll cut my in half (take away the hinge) as I typically deadlift with a more narrow stance, but I love the height you added so as to maximize the pre-stretch of the bands (to make it feel more like free weights) when you're at the bottom of the lift.
Thanks! I've used it for more exercises that will be in future videos. It's not much more of a burden to lug around as the cheap plastic ones and it's a lot sturdier.

Good point. I'll modify this one. Thanks!
Craftsman + Fitness Man = Muscle Diy 😎
This is so champ. Everything about it. Great job!
Very clever! I workout at home now with bands. The platform is much better than standing on the bands. Thanks!

Thanks for uploading! @@musclediy5838
Fantastic design. Thank you!
Very Nice but I think you should put a handle for carring the Box.
Would be great for isometric work also! Using chain instead of bands.
Dude that's an awesome idea
Thanks!
Awesome idea and implementation. Thank you!
Thanks. Glad you liked it!
Nice wooden box
Great video, I've been doing something similar and this has some really great ideas
Cool, I'd like to see your set up.

What was the white device you made that was shown in the video intro?
Hey, thanks for watching.
It's a rack I built.
Here's a video describing the construction...
