A doctor once tried to shame me Infront of all the nurses for having 2 tattoos, "Courage and Honor" , gotten while serving in the military. Later that year, she actually became my patient. I gave her the best care like I did all my patients. She came back later and apologized. It didn't matter to me. I knew my tatts showed my true character.

Seeing domestic violence and abuse brought to light in a Dhar Mann video is truly wonderful to see. You never know what people deal with behind closed doors, and the abuse people deal with can be unbearable. The person who played the son is one of the best DM actors, what a talented person.

It’s honestly a very good and interesting story. Only thing I didn’t like was that the mom left her son with the abusive dad. I feel like that’s something no responsible parent should do. She made the right choice to leave him but if she knew what her husband was capable of, she should have taken him out that abusive home and found him another safe place to stay until she found a job.

I have a lot of tattoos. And I’ve been judged just because of them. People often gave me dirty looks or assume I’m a criminal. Bottom line is I love art and I felt like expressing my love for art on my body. This story hits so close to home. Thank you Dhar Mann for this wonderful video and outstanding message.
I honestly think that some tattoos look pretty cool. I kinda want a tattoo too someday in the future, but its not a thing you can just take off so i really need to be sure about it. Maybe in the future.

I’ve come to learn that, most people who is covered with tats, genuinely is a very nice caring person and is very easy to get along with!
When Sam started the "you see " I literally cried after the "so you see" I knew there was a but following , but overall the story teaches a great lesson, don't judge a book by its cover, most of the time we tend to forget ,we assume too much before getting to know people, ( amazing work Mr Dhar Mann and team)

I never understood why some people hate tattoos so much. It's like if you let someone draw on you with a marker and everyone gasped in fear because apparently you now have a demon living inside of you. I have relatives who have tattoos everywhere and they are the sweetest people I know. Great vid btw!
I don’t personally hate them exactly. I just can’t imagine myself having so many of them all over my body. If I were to get a tattoo, I’d get a small one in a and stick to just one (2 at the most).

@@micah6330 It's true that having ink in your skin can cause negative side effects. I do find it strange that people beleive they are bad for other reasons though (like, I know some people who think tattoos are the sign on the devil. It really doesn't make sense to me)
The idea that tattoos are a symbol of the devil is a cliche in society, but in my opinion, tattoos can also be a statement of strength, bravery, and coolness. I have nothing against religions, but this is illogical. Everyone has their own beliefs, so I can't condemn anyone for them.
I like how you try to spread important information through shows and I think you're doing a wonderful job educating people about the outside world and how they should treat people, Keep up the great work Dhar Mann! 🤩🤩🤩

A doctor entered the hospital in hurry after being called in for an urgent surgery. He answered the call asap, changed his clothes and went directly to the surgery block. He found the boy’s father pacing in the hall waiting for the doctor.
On seeing him, the father yelled, “Why did you take all this time to come? Don’t you know that my son’s life is in danger? Don’t you have any sense of responsibility?”
The doctor smiled and said, “I am sorry, I wasn’t in the hospital and I came as fast as I could after receiving the call and now, I wish you’d calm down so that I can do my work”.
“Calm down?! What if your son was in this room right now, would you calm down? If your own son dies while waiting for doctor than what will you do??” said the father angrily. The doctor smiled again and replied, “We will do our best by God’s grace and you should also pray for your son’s healthy life”.
“Giving advises when we’re not concerned is so easy” Murmured the father.
The surgery took some hours after which the doctor went out happy, “Thank goodness! your son is saved!” And without waiting for the father’s reply he carried on his way running by saying, “If you have any questions, ask the nurse”.
“Why is he so arrogant? He couldn’t wait some minutes so that I ask about my son’s state” Commented the father when seeing the nurse minutes after the doctor left. The nurse answered, tears coming down her face, “His son died yesterday in a road accident, he was at the burial when we called him for your son’s surgery. And now that he saved your son’s life, he left running to finish his son’s burial.”
Moral: Never judge anyone because you never know how their life is and what they’re going through

I unfortunately suffered the same treatment when I first moved to Finland a month ago. An Inuk moving to Finland is somewhat unheard of.
However as time went on, some people were very supportive of me and liked my tattoos especially when I finally got my place in the Lapland region. People here seem to like them. Tattoos are part of my culture and most fellow Inuit have them. It's unfortunate that some people judge before they even crack open the book.

This is really relatable story. My grandparents used to hate my father because he had a lot of tattoos before I was born, they used to tell my mother to break up with him and that he's just a bad influence. But when my mum became pregnant with me, her high school best friends told her he was in a huge fire (he's a firefighter, went to school w my mum and my mother forgot about him after awhile) trying to say his friend from dieing, but before he caught him he was already dead and my father had burn scars all over his chest, arms and lower body parts. He had to cover it up with tattoos. And when my grandparents found out, they were in huge shock
