Hello, I bought the 40mm version. It lies perfectly. A small hint from my side. To make the clasp fit you better on the bottom of the wrist, change the way you remove the 5 links. Do it the other way around, that is, from the inside remove 3 links and from the outside remove the remaining 2. Then you will have the clasp on the bottom of the wrist more centered😊.
Great shots of the watch. I love the natural lighting. Really gives you a feeling, what the watch looks like in real life. Having a 600 and a 600 GMT (both V3), I'm not really sure whether I like the additional metal ring between the bezel and the dial. I also think that I prefer fewer numerals on the bezel. Gives it a cleaner look. However I prefer the 300 in every other aspect. I have to say, I'm somewhat tempted getting one my self. Anyways, I think it looks amazing on your wrist! I'm looking forward to the full review.

Great watch, good video. The only thing I missed were more information about the clasp of the bracelet. Thank you fpr trying some different straps. I think the orange one, was the best looking alternative. I bought the Trident C60 Pro 600m in 38 mm some month ago, sometimes I think the Selitta SW 200 is not the best choice, espacially if you have to handwind it.
Thank you! I’ve tried various sets but I’d recommend paying for the bergeon screwdriver set. In particular the 1.2mm and 1.4mm. I have found that these 2 sizes cover most Watch screws 😊👍
You’ll never please everyone but I much prefer their old tear drop hands and wave patterned dials aesthetic - Felt more signature and unique. If you could couple that with the newer technical upgrades and better proportioned dimensions I’d be in heaven.
This one or the C63 Sealander GMT...or both? CW has me confused lately lmao. I also have very small wrist, about 6.25 inch to be exact, so these watches have the right size for me, actually, they are about the maximum I want to have on my wrist.
That should be fine on your wrist I’d imagine! I’ve just got the 40mm one off eBay so I’m going to do a little video on that! It works perfectly on my small wrist. Better than the 38!
@@Time_and_time_again I think it'll be fine as well. Personally I like a bigger watch. Looking forward to the comparison. The £100 offer has ended by the way. But if you sub to their newsletter you get 10% off.
Love the new Trident pro 300! The Black face and canvas band look awesome! Also, the steel bracelet is very cool. I believe it's my next watch. I have it down to three. The Longines, Certina, or Ward!
Thanks for the video, great looking watch, reminds me of my Planet Ocean. It looks to be a real strap monster. A strap you may want to consider is the Barton Elite silicone. It comes with two lengths included and I think you'd fine the shorter one useful. The outer keeper locks the end of the strap so keeps things neat and tidy.
Hello, Just want to thank you for all the strap combinations ! I'm looking at the exact same model and was wondering how it would look like with a yellow strap 🙂 So that's it, thank you !
I came to see that Trident Pro 300 and tho I thought it looks great and fits you well what I found even more of interest was how great that Tudor looked and fit on your wrist. Since my wrist is close in size at ~6.5" that quick wrist check gave me an idea what it may look like on mine. I've always liked the look of the 58 I've never really felt any lust towards it till now. Would love to see you do a review of your 58 and I'll keep a look out for your review of the Trident Pro 300. I wish that 300's bezel was matte. Other than that I think it's pretty great looking and my preferred size.
Thanks mate. I will do a review of my BB58 shortly so please look out for that! If you have a 6.5” wrist I think the Tudor will be a great fit! I was a little unsure myself but tried it on at an AD and was relieved to know that I would get away with wearing one 👍
@@Time_and_time_again I think you do better with it than just getting away with it on wrist....and this coming from someone that has been downsizing the watches I have or will try on wrist. Frankly I've never liked big watches. Generally speaking 38mm is my preferred size tho I still have some that approach 40.5mm. They don't get worn as often because of that. As you know so many other factors come into play besides diameter concerning how big a watch wears and looks on wrist vs it's specs.
Thank you. Looks stunning and a great fit. Was waiting for someone to show the 38mm C60 Trident 300. I too have small wrists and have the 38mm C60 Trident 600 Bronze version, which I really love. I wish CW brings the dark blue and Green colors to this new 38mm version. I will wait in anticipation if CW will bring these colors to 38mm
Great video. I am extremely impressed with this piece. I had the 38 mm 600, years ago and sold it. I have always wanted to buy it again and now I want it more than ever with the slimmer case. I also have 6.25 inch wrist. Cheers.
As to me (btw, my wrist is 6,5) I like Ocean Star Tribute from Mido. However there are a couple of disadvantages: fully polished case and an aluminum bezel insert.
@@Time_and_time_again I had an omega aqua terra 38 that fit well, but sat very tall. The aqua terra bracelet is also horrendous. My daily wear right now is a Tudor BB36 and it fits me perfect. The finishing and build quality on the BB36 is also excellent. I also have a Nomos club that I would absolutely recommend. My next purchase will be a Cartier tank must! I will probably wait to get this CW for summer 2023.
@@brentsoares8806 thank you for the recommendations! I was also worried about the thickness on the aqua terra so that helps my decision on that. I’ll check out the nomos. I’ve actually had the bb36 3 times now as I was undecided. I’m thinking of one more go! It’s pretty much perfect for a small wrist but the lack of AR coating troubled me. It’s not that the watch isn’t always legible it’s just the kind of “washed out” look that you get in certain lighting at certain angles. I just love to see the black dial and don’t always get it. It’s silly really. I’ve even contemplated getting one and having the crystal replaced to see if that helps! I did think of the explorer 1 36mm as my grail but I honestly prefer the Tudor look with the snowflake hands 🙏👍
I have a 7 inch wrist and I'm not sure if the 38mm or 40mm would look best. I feel like 38mm would be too small for a dive watch. I feel that anything around 47mm lug to lug looks best on me and the 40mm case has those dimensions.
@@Time_and_time_again I mean Trident C60 pro 600. Generally the same model but with 600m water resistance, a wider bezel, and a steel case back without a window. It's also available in different sizes: 38mm, 40mm, and 42mm.
@@outcastkatsuki maybe. but I'd go for Pro 600 (my wrist is 6.5 btw). Just the bezel of Pro 300 looks a bit weird to me. It's too tiny. And the back case of Pro 600 is incomparably better.

@@Time_and_time_again thank you for the advice! I guess a new diver might find it's way onto my wrist!
Ordered the 42mm version as I've got 7'25 wrists. Bit of a backlog at the moment, delivery not until the end of April.
Yeah! Decisions decisions! Great value on the CW 🙏👍
Did you decide what to buy ?
Thanks for the video, great looking watch, reminds me of my Planet Ocean. It looks to be a real strap monster. A strap you may want to consider is the Barton Elite silicone. It comes with two lengths included and I think you'd fine the shorter one useful. The outer keeper locks the end of the strap so keeps things neat and tidy.
Thanks so much for the recommendation I will take a look that that one! 🙏👍
Hello,
Just want to thank you for all the strap combinations ! I'm looking at the exact same model and was wondering how it would look like with a yellow strap 🙂 So that's it, thank you !
Thank you my friend 🙏👍
@@Time_and_time_again I'm now the proud owner of this watch, in blue 🙂 You played your part in this choice, thank you for that !
Nice review. Fits you nicely! I’m waiting for my 38 mm white to arrive!
Thanks! I think the white looks great too and might have to grab one myself!
@@Time_and_time_again I’ve had black dials for quite a while now and this piece looks stunning so I couldn’t resist.
Thank you! Yes it would be nice to see the other colour options for the 38mm. Hopefully they add them to the lineup 👍
Great work...
You covered a lot
Thank you, appreciate the feedback 👍
Great video. I am extremely impressed with this piece. I had the 38 mm 600, years ago and sold it. I have always wanted to buy it again and now I want it more than ever with the slimmer case. I also have 6.25 inch wrist. Cheers.
Thanks! Have you found any other watches that are perfectly suited for our size wrist? 🙏👍
I’d say 40mm for a 7 inch wrist would probably be perfect! 👍
I’m in the same boat, just slight under 7” wrist and am on the fence. I’m a sucker for thinner, and even the .3mm slimmer 38mm draws me in lol
EVERYTHING apart from the logo on this watch is perfect. i wish they would change that logo up it looks terrible and childish
I personally quite like the logo but I understand how others are of the same opinion as yourself mate 🙏👍
Why not Pro 600 (if not a secret)?
Not sure what you mean sorry?
@@Time_and_time_again I mean Trident C60 pro 600.
Generally the same model but with 600m water resistance, a wider bezel, and a steel case back without a window.
It's also available in different sizes: 38mm, 40mm, and 42mm.
@@outcastkatsuki maybe.
but I'd go for Pro 600 (my wrist is 6.5 btw). Just the bezel of Pro 300 looks a bit weird to me. It's too tiny.
And the back case of Pro 600 is incomparably better.
