My Gourmia Airfryer Broke And They Have Great Customer Support. Replacement just died also.

  • The Gourmia Airfryer I purchased a couple months ago broke and I contacted their customer support line. Did not say anything about UA-cam. Well 2 days later the replacement arrived. What great support. This one died the same death. They must all have a short lifespan. Good support but a junk product.

    I had the same great customer service experience. My air fryer broke - it stopped working mid-cycle, perhaps a blown fuse? I emailed them the next day, and they emailed a few hours later asking for a receipt copy. I sent that to them after business hours. By 6 am the next business day, they requested a photo of the cut cord, which I sent them. Ten minutes later (TEN MINUTES!!) they replied to say my new unit had been shipped, and provided a tracking code.
    Just imagine! The time it took them to resolve the matter and ship my replacement was UNDER FOUR HOURS if you don't count the time they were waiting for me to respond to their emails. Amazing. They have earned my brand loyalty.

      @@unemployedredneckhillbilly2023 The replacement arrived today. It had a 4" x 1/8" crack in the housing before I even took off the wrapping. The shipping box was 10" longer than the Gourmia box, with no packing material in between, so the product slid around during shipping. Let's see what Customer Service says this time.

    when my original air fryer failed a few months ago, I pulled out the new model which was supposed to be the same except cosmetically. It was quieter as well. I also heard some weird noises when it was cold, it almost sounded like the fan blade with rubbing against something and as things expanded from the heat it went away. But it works fine and I'm happy with it. It's great that these companies support people like this.

      I was amazed how fast they handled this. The rep was great at his job and very knowledgeable about the product. The replacement had none of the burning plastic smells the original had but had a noisy fan the first couple uses. Now it's quieter than the original and no more problems. It feels good to know that a product I reviewed has great customer support if something goes wrong. It's been a great addition to the kitchen that I purchased because of your videos about using them.       It was great to speak with someone in customer service that took pride in his job and had the power to make decisions based on the symptoms. I was very surprised by how quickly it was handled and will definitely buy other products from Gourmia. I hate when there is a issue with a product I review and use in my videos and this makes me feel better should someone else have a issue. Thanks for watching.

    AWESOME Airfryer ya have there and when you mention buying it at Costco, ah,....checking the Costco in my city and if they don't have it, many times they'll get it for ya, so keeping my fingers crossed and see if I get my own Gourmia air fryer!       They only had this model online around Christmas last year. The one they have in the stores is much smaller. 6 quart is just the right size for the 2 of us. Thanks for watching.

    It's refreshing these days to find companies that stand behind their products. Staples is great about their products in this same fashion - couple minutes on the phone, send a pic of the cut cord, and a new one on the way. I've also had similar support from Vision Grills.

      I thought it would have to be shipped back for repairs and didn't expect this. I have had mixed results with customer support lately and it was great to have this handled with zero aggravation and one call. I hate when something I review breaks but at least I now know that the company stands behind them. I have been seeing about 1k new subs every week and a half so maybe next Christmas.     Hi I have the Gourmia air frier but is different.. my has a dome on top which is see through... I have a rotesserie basket and also a kabob maker and a round basket which is all great... love the thing and it is about a year old with no problems.... enjoy sir and I love your videos

      Usually with small appliances if they make it the first year with no problems they will last a long time. I couldn't believe the customer support they have with knowledgeable and friendly staff. I hope this one lasts a long time because it works perfectly for us. Thanks for watching.

    I dont have reciept, got as a gift, under a yr old, panel is blank, unpluging it didnt help

      The replacement did the same thing after a couple months. I tossed it and bought a Sur La Table that works better and is going on 2 years of daily use. The Gourmias are junk. Thanks for watching.

    Did you have your receipt? I received mine as a gift for Christmas bought from a large chain grocery store (Kroger, like a Costco). Mine stopped working mid cook last night, and I found your video and had high hopes!! Unfortunately they have not been as gracious and agreeable as your experience. They have offered to repair for $50 and I must pay for shipping to them. Seems I might as well buy a new one. Won't be Gourmia! Shame because this is really the most amazing appliance I have ever have !!!

      Had to send them a copy of the receipt. This one went with the same issues a couple months later. This model was discontinued last summer. They are junk in the end. Thanks for watching.
