I don’t think you could have explained it any better sis. I guess those people still asking are people who just find your channel. Well done Norberis 👏👏👏👏👏👏
Great info! I’m hoping to rent and do Air bnb eventually in SD. However, the Invest and retire conference peaked my interest in other areas as well 🤗 Thanks Norberis!
Great info, have you done a review of Santo Domingo Norte? I have seen jacobo majluta but have no idea how the area is. I will have to visit and find out
What if I wanted to go there for 3 months just to experience the life in D. R. To see if I can actually move there. Can I rent a furnished apartment. 3 months. Or would I to need to do the one year lease?
When a foreigner buys a house in another country they are at risk different than the citizens of that country. Always, a medical emergency, illness, or legal problems can’t cause a person to return to their home country immediately. When renting, they can immediately take a one way taxi to the airport and “adios”. If that foreigner owns property, needs to leave quickly, and unable to return, then property lost.
Yup, that's why you should buy, if you do in the city or resort area and contract with a good real estate company to manage your property if something happens and you need their help, same as in the states where squatters would move in when you vacate.
You are speaking anecdotal situations. This doesn't speak in general. In general many foreigner buy here and live normal lives. Why would anyone live their lives based on anecdotal situations. Is what mentioned something to consider, of course but to say it always happens you have no evidence to back that up.

Hi Norberis. Have you done any videos about visiting and living in Santiago de los Caballeros, i.e. in Jardines, Alamos, etc ?
No I haven't.

I did a ride through that area a while ago but a lot has changed since then. I'll probably do another one.
I'm getting into it now in Santiago there's a great project developmenting. I'm going through the process of burying an apartment
Congratulations 🇩🇴
Excelente información. Gracias.
Can you do a video about buying land and financing ?
Yes
Well done

Best bet is airbnb
Also is a furnished apt more expensive than an unfurnished apt?
Yes this is always been the case from all my years renting.
Her husband did a video on that

Hello🤗

AirBnB, think she said that for less than 6 months or a year. That's the only way to get that done.
@@michaelorfanos7416 thanks
@@michaelorfanos7416yes she did say that.
I mentioned in the video what your options were for short-term rentals
@@NorberisRThank you
