My sister’s dog had a special relationship with my grandpa, in which she’d only ever bark at him, even when he phoned. When he passed away, we had her listen to my grandpa’s voicemail message and she barked for a VERY long time. She still remembers him, even now that it’s been 14 years since his passing 😅

      We don't deserve dogs.
My Wife just left me and the kiddo a little while back (I know, sucks, but I'm good) and she took the dog....
The dog has since made it very clear that she is not her human. That makes my heart both happy and sad.
The point is, dogs love unconditionally to a point. You could be cruel to a dog and it would still love you if you fed it, but you cannot take its human away.

James Bulger and his family lived quite close to where I live: the horror felt and voiced by the community at the time was palpable. His killers have been given new names and a 'fresh' start, but the elder of the two has revealed his true identity on multiple occasions and returned to custody due to further crimes against children. I will not utter his name, as I am sure he is only interested in the infamy it has brought him: he deserves no remembrance.

I often still see Denise James's mother in our local shop's you can see everyone around her looking at her knowing who she is .her face just continues to show the grief she and her ex husband will suffer from for the rest of there life's. Continuing to fight for there son against the b**tard that keeps going in and out of prison 🤬 release him to the people of Liverpool and see real justice be served .and the other one should not of been able to be givin a new identity and a new life regardless of if he hasent commited a crime against children again 😡I also will not give them monsters the satisfaction of saying there name's even though the world knows. 😡😡😡

Similar thing happened to the murderers of Junko Furuta. Her killers were released and given new identities and they weren't children. Probably the worst murder I've ever read about.

WMojo, for 28, you forgot to include that she and her friend had been hiking and got lost and were still lost when darkness fell. In trying to still move through the area in the dark, the girl fell down the boulders she was found at the bottom of. Her friend went to her, having not fallen himself, and after seeing she was alive but badly injured, he left to try and search for help, but sadly, in doing so, in the dark, he stumbled off a 40ft high cliff and did not survive.
I understand that this is a harrowing incident that others will find distressing, but I feel that it is greatly disrespectful to not even mention her friend or his sacrifice or not even tell the full account of what happened. Trying to fit into a timed segment doesn't excuse not, at the least, mentioning him.

@melissagrant4178 Exactly why I feel that WMojo should have tried to consolidate what happened instead of leaving out her friend all together. This photo has featured in many of these types of videos, with the full information, so I'm sure there are many who recognise it and know what happened. BUT, there will also always be people, like yourself, who have never seen the photo or heard the full back story. That's why I feel that no matter how many times an incident is featured, there is certain information that should always be included.

OMG! I remember no. 26 James Bulger, or "Jamie" was he was called in the media. The two boys Robert Thompson (born 23 August 1982) and Jon Venables (born 13 August 1982) that tortured and killed him were only 10 years old, and were the youngest convicted murderers in modern British history ). They had sexually molested the toddler, tortured him, and finally left him on a railroad track, his body weighed down, and the train that came litterally cut his body in half. The two boys were sentenced to "indefinate detention" (British law and terminology) until in 2001 (when at the age of 18 years old, a Parole Board recommended their release on a lifelong licence. The "lifelong licence" means that they would be on parole for life.
Little is known about Robert Thompson after that. Or, if there is, I didn't find anything.
But not about John Venables! After he was paroled in 2001, Venables was sent to prison in 2010 for breaching the terms of his licence, was released on parole again in 2013, and in November 2017 was again sent to prison for possessing child sexual abuse images on his computer. He remained in prison in 2023 after his appeals for parole were rejected.
Being a mother (and grandmother) I have always known there were lots of creepy guys out there that we should warn our (grand)children about. I had just NEVER imagined that these creepy guys could be KIDS...

On the night of July 1st, 2022, I was at the Battle Creek Field of Flight Air Show. I volunteer every year. I had already finished my shift and was enjoying the night time pyrotechnics, excited to see my favorite act, the jet truck.
I took a ton of video and dozens of pictures, not knowing it would be one of his final performances.
Later that night, I got a chill as I looked through the pictures. In one, the smoke had formed a shape that, to me, looked eerily like a skull.
I had shown it to a few people the next afternoon. They agreed that it was creepy and then brushed it off as a coincidence and went back to our duties of answering phones in the air show information hotline office. The air show had started for the day and people were calling to inquire about the lineup.
We started to hear the engines rev up and knew the jet truck was next.
Normally, I would step outside to watch, but I stayed inside to answer phones, as I had seen the amazing performance the night before.
Through the window, everything looked and sounded normal, like the dozens of other times I had seen this routine. But, it was different this time.
In addition to a bank of phones, the office was also the hub for walkie talkies. The mayday calls started coming in. The jet truck was on fire.
I went out to clear gawkers out of the way for the ambulance, but it was pretty evident that it was a formality. The fire burned so hot, there was no body, and I’ll never forget watching the charred jet truck, that I had posed for selfies with the year prior, get packed up into its trailer.
I still volunteer every year. I know things like this will always be a possibility…. but I pray I never again witness it firsthand.

Maybe it wasn’t exactly the same but they were 2 very emotionally damaged kids. Not all traumatized humans take their pain out on other people but sometimes that is the case. I think Nipper's picture is beautiful, not tragic! He loved his Master & didn't understand why he was talking out of a big metal flower! I'm kinda the same way when I come upon a photo of someone I've loved! Though I DO understand why they're not with me, it makes me miss them all over again. I believe Nipper is sorta feeling the same.

#21, at 8:14, is titled "Harold Agnew holding Fat Man H-Bomb". THAT IS NOT AN H-BOMB. Fat Man and Little Boy were *fission* bombs (Plutonium or Uranium). H-bombs, A.K.A. "thermonuclear" bombs, are fusion bombs that use fission to trigger nuclear fusion of Hydrogen, thus the "H" in "H bomb", and Fat Man and Little Boy were not these kind of bombs.

I should also add that holding the nuclear fission bomb fuel is not the same as holding a nuclear bomb.

don't think there was anything normal or innocent-looking about Travis Alexander's picture. I think his expression is incredibly haunting, and he looks anything but normal.

@Stang2023While the photo of the class of 1999 at Columbine High School does upon first glance seem rather unassuming due to the amount of students who were striking a pose, making silly gestures or smiling politely. But the innocence of the photo is shattered when you see the group of students in the top left corner of the photo who were pointing imaginary guns at the camera. Two of the students were the perpetrators: Eric Harris and Dylan Klebold. Just weeks after the photo was taken; Eric and Dylan committed the worst high school shooting in the US at the time. The image of Eric and Dylan with their friends pointing imaginary guns at the camera could nowadays be considered a vague warning of what was to come.

I always wonder about the friends that was with them the day of the photo and also pointed their fingers. I wonder if they felt guilty or something.

If you lived in the UK during the time Bulger was abducted then killed, it was truly shocking. To now find out both them murderers are in witness protection, one is now gay, his life not mine, and the other was done for child porn. They were well looked after in prison being taking out on taxpayers money.

Just as shocking are the amount of adults that saw the boys and did nothing to help. There are accounts of a woman who saw the boys punching James and SHE CLOSED HER CURTAINS so she didn't have to see it.

She was being used for sex while the Travis wasn’t allowed to have sex due to his religion. He was dating other girls in his religious pool to find someone “pure” to marry. She would drive from CA to AZ to visit him and converted religions for him. He still didn’t want her.
You’d be pissed too if you were emotionally abused and only used for your body.
She went about his punishment in the wrong way, but a woman scorned can be a crazy thing

"Vancouver, Vancouver..." the last words utterd by David Johnston, refers to the city of Vancouver, Washington, population 195K. Vancouver, WA (NOT Vancouver BC Canada) was the location for the majority of the Mt. St Helen's warning system & volcanic research.
The Johnston Ridge Observatory, named in David's honor, at Mt. St Helens is both beautiful & educational. I highly recommend visiting the site if you ever visit Washington State.
