Ay Ay Captain, Charles was referring to right position of the soft shell crabs at 8:51. Mr Hiro san only flipped one over at 2:02 and it had an imprint of the female apron. Don't know what gender is the other crab. We will never ever know....losing sleep since the vlog aired.

That roll looked amazing. I love both okra and crab, so this is a match made in heaven! However, I would have made two rolls with one crab each, to make the experience that much more. Is that puffed rice cereal, or some other puffed product? What do I look for in the Asian grocery store?
There is an okra that is foot long and slimeless. I've seen it grown from seed, but maybe you guys can find a supplier on line. Really amazing for fresh especially, stir fried or deep fried okra. Great vid.

We cooked vermicelli in milk as a sweet dish on our festivals in Pakistan. Hiro used it in a good way too for decorating purpose.
