    Out of all the overseas product's I have purchased, Vevor has been the best in price and build. As always I liked and shared. All my very best.

      It works well for the cost. We will report back on it after using it for a while.

    I bought this unit and did not get the clip and carbon brush to allow the unit to give the ability to use the turntable for Welding. I've contacted vevor about this and am getting the runaround. They said it's a consumable they drop $60 off, and I then needed to find the brush and clip. I said no way either send the part or give me a return label and a full refund. I wouldn't have any idea where to buy the part and I'm assuming by there reply they don't offer replacement parts rendering it worthless in time. Bad business practice.

      Yeah, but I don't follow THEM. AND they're not mad gingers, and may not be willing to take requests, like welding up an arse-kicking barbecue to go with that ice cream truck hot rod!😂

    Interesting tool, I could see it being very useful . Good job at critiquing the product. On the lighter side brother, in this day and age no one cares which way you “run”. 😂😂. Thanks for the post. 👍👍🇨🇦

    If you have ANY
    old dc arc , you essentially have a tig welder already!!
    Save ya money and just get some leads from the people who throw or sell the factory tig pieces to upgrade to CK FLEEEEEXXX stuff.
    Coz that bright lead makes you Insta good .. never forget that !!

    I bought one of these and I have to pump the pedal just like this guy is doing and get it to rotate a little at a time. It won’t turn slow enough to leave it on and weld continuously. You have to tap the pedal, you can hear him doing the same thing but he didn’t mention that at all.
    I was disappointed that it won’t keep a slow enough speed.

    • @madgingercustoms
      @madgingercustoms  6 місяців тому

      It's a spinning fixture. If you need it to go slower you can swap out the motor. Pumping it works fine. You can get all sorts of different speed motors for under $20

  • @stevecarlisle3323
    @stevecarlisle3323 9 місяців тому +1

    Welding Tig , and mig requires different speeds. He is welding small diameter material, but if you step up to the table size, it may not go slow enough for Tig. If it does go slow enough, due to the speed controller my be jumpy at slow speed. Be sure to check all specs on postioner,s, as they vary.

    • @madgingercustoms
      @madgingercustoms  9 місяців тому

      You can change out these motors easily. I should do a quick video on that.

    I got the vevor turntable, and I hooked up my ground. I started mig welding and heard some sputtering. Now I can't get a ground connection to the turntable. I'm assuming how they ground from the ground attachment fried. The motor is fine.

    • @madgingercustoms
      @madgingercustoms  5 місяців тому

      You can adjust the ground pin from what I see. This isn't rated for high amps though.

    Good luck if it doesn't function on arrival !
    I bought the 30 kg version and didn't rotate from the get go .
    After flicking emails back and forth for two weeks , they decided it would be fair of them to give me a partial refund and let me keep the non working piece of crap instead of sending me one that does work , and returning the one that doesn't.

      I had a gear break on my slip roller from Vevor, it did take some back and forth for sure but they did send the parts. I'm sorry they didn't make it right. You are rightfully upset.

    That would definitely come in handy... Question does it lock on a speed or do you have to hold pedal down?
    Thinking of other uses for it. Painting for one.
    Nice video looking forward to header build.

    What is the highest amps you have gone? I am tig welding 1” pipe for rv drains and looking to speed up the process. I currently am welding them at about 160amps. Do you think this unit would handle that?
