Jerry’s laziness and cluelessness will make the Cowboys a doormat of the NFL once again. Once they’re not on TV anymore, and the stadium is empty, then he will try to do something. The only problem is he’ll be 85 by then and hopefully in a nursing home.
Just my opinion but over the years the Cowboys have done much worse than McCarthy and the players love him, and you have to take into account that 2024 was riddled with Cowboy injuries that I think cost them bare minimum three game. McCarthy is a decent coach that has to coach with one hand tied behind his back and a coaching change is much less needed than the change of a meddling and controlling owner/general manager and things will never change until that does.
I think Mike McCarthy should be released and go out and find somebody else that's more of a hardcore coach. And plus we need a better defensive coordinator coach because Mike Zimmer it's not getting the job done .
