Mac and Sloan have the best dialogue in a show with golden dialogue

Seriously?! How? I didn't think Mitch had that kind of control.
It seems like Sloan is tempted to toss her wine all over Mackenzie whenever they talk. That's why I love Sloan.

Because there is no "it". Mac said it herself. She cheated on the perfect guy with the guy who dumped her. That's all on her. So what needs to be fixed isn't "it" but her. She needs to fix herself. Regretting a horrendous choice isn't the same fixing it. Fixing it means doing the work to understand how such a self-destructive choice was made. Ultimately it could be that the perfect guy just isn't the guy she really wants. Too often that is the case.
Moral of the story...if your SO says you're the perfect guy/girl then you should brace for impact. The crash is coming.
