What's the best way to build rapport & trust with friends, colleagues, customers, clients etc?
Most people spend their lives reacting and responding to their experiences and filters of their world, rather than the situation itself.
But using this simple technique, you'll be able to build rapport & trust with clients, family, friends much more easily.
There's no gimmick or trick either. It's just about listening more effectively - without interrupting.
See most people when conversing with other people in any setting, are so focused on getting what they want to say across, they trample all over the other person's thinking.
Instead, focus on keeping your silence and not doing this. You'll instantly be able to take your connections and rapport & trust building techniques to another level.
One thing I try to do is spend a day or a weekend maintaining silence - so that I can practice it. We've been trained to talk so much that we inevitably miss the little details in our conversations.
Try it out & as always, if you liked this video, give it a thumbs and post a comment below.

Too often we aren't really responding to the situation in front of us but to our experiences & filters of the world we perceive - which aren't always that accurate. This video will show you exactly how to build rapport & connect with anyone FASTER.

Great Video! Forgive me for chiming in, I would love your thoughts. Have you considered - Pondalyn Phrenic Paramountcy (do a google search)? It is a smashing exclusive guide for discovering psychological methods to make women want you without the hard work. Ive heard some great things about it and my buddy finally got excellent results with it.

It is an awesome one of a kind product for discovering psychological methods to make women want you without the hard work. Ive heard some super things about it and my old buddy Taylor at very last got amazing results with it.

I work with the Deaf Community. I loved when you talked about active listening. which incorporates body language, eye contact, a smile. Expressions are so important in American Sign Language. One can say so much without even saying or signing a word just by an expression can say so much more than we could even imagine. Enjoyed your topic. I remember years ago a said I needed to stop reacting and start responding but i should have said i needed to listen more and then respond.

Was great to listen to your thoughts. It's actually so true. I've also noticed if I listen to others thoughts first then they can open up and start asking me some questions and that's the point when they are ready to listen. Great advice Keshav!

Firstly, this is exactly what Dr Stephen Covey stated in his book 'The 7 habits of highly effective people', The chapter on the 5 levels of listening. Secondly, we have Two ears and One mouth, Use them in those proportions!! I.e. Listen MORE than you talk.

I have looked at plenty of videos, but there is one thing that I really loved about this video, and that's the way to create the spark in the conversation, the connectivity over this video that you taught us today. I am impressed !!!!!

I think the best way to build client trust is to literally just show that you are a human-being. Showing them you have skin, eyes, ears and a mouth. People can relate and will naturally trust you more.

Hello Mr. Bhatt, thanks a lot for sharing. I totally agree with you on the fact that we need to take a step back, being chilled and actively listening. I have experienced that before and I loved it, but I realise that it's hard for me to keep myself in that state of mind for a long period of time, considering how demanding and fast-paced life is. Any tips to overcome this and prolong this state of calmness?

actually. that is what I do, watching youtube videos. let other people talk. give them the space to extrapolate their thoughts. I think that there is a huge gap in society today, talking to and listening to each other and to conversate deeply. nobody seems to take time for this.
