Watch My Little Owls Return After a Year-Long Disappearance!

- The little owl is in decline in the UK and last year I found my last remaining site that had always been reliable for little owls empty. This year I decided to head back early in the season hoping that the owls where back. I was hoping that this site if active will provide me with a good location to photograph the owls as we move through the spring and early summer. Find out how I got on in this video.

Thanks Adrian, one of my favourite owls and a shame they seem to be disappearing. It was nice to do a session where I wasn't laying in a ditch for a change! I must be getting old mate!!😂👍

Cheers Paul, It's worrying how fast they seem to be disappearing in my area and that seems to be the trend from across the UK. Hopefully these will raise a few youngsters this year fingers crossed👍

Nice one Scott clad they have not disappeared! I've noticed with the Tawny's also do not get the numbers from the old places I always saw them. So it's a good look around for new ones to video and photograph got two new pairs already just after a 3rd but it would be nice to get them in the woodland less then 5 minutes from home so I can put more hours in.

Sadly have found this to be the case in my neck of the woods also Scott, was a regular till a few years ago now I'm lucky to see one a year. Funny really was just editing an image taken a while back to put up on your Facebook group. Look forward to more. 👍

Scott, great video 👍🏽 I was only yesterday morning thinking about these Owls, a couple I met late last year when I was out with my camera told me of a similar sized old farm building (which I knew the location of) that they usually see them in and around.
