Your video today has shown this for those of us that love to teach, and yes, we can either recognise and understand our fears and then implement our controls to mitigate these risks or we can climb blindly and place ourselves, and those that follow into unknown peril. For us that fear is present when we submit a manuscript (we write on the subject of herpetology). It is also there once it is printed and first released. Certain weird combination of fear, accomplishment, excitement and relief.
You help me refresh what I'm losing from being out of the classroom. Anatomy is like math...if you don't retain it -- you lose it. Especially muscles and where lymph nodes are located versus glands in cervical area.

Isn’t it strange, whenever I am given praise or thanks , yes at the time I think that’s nice, but I quickly fall back to normality, and am self critical and never complacent. This is something I find very common among many. It is a normal human condition we must keep moving up. I guess if we relaxed and bathed in success nothing more would be achieved, just a bit of cod psychology!
