where is the "vs" of these lights? I suppose that everything you said I can find on any page that can be read, but if you are making a video and I am looking for something like this it is to see the power of both even if it is there in your studio, I thought it was a lazy video on your part .

I have the SmallRig 450D - great light- and at $800 impossible to beat for this power... Even though it is rated at 450W other reviewers have measured the lumen output as the same as the Aputure 600 - SmallRig claims they have a very efficient COB design that pumps out more lumens/watt - it appears that is true! Not sure how bright the Forza 500 is - curious if you measured these (and NOT with the supplied reflectors as those can really sway results...). (I actually use the SmallRig with a gridded strip box for a lot of work - but a Godox brand one...)
