'' Self sufficient in this beautiful but crazy world we live in''💪
I love homesteading content, I cannot believe you have started a channel dedicated to it! B2B + Homesteading? My dreams have come true 😂 Well done Az!
Az, I'm in the midwestern US. One thing that a lot of US gardeners are starting to recognize is that there are benefits to planting native wildflowers near your food crops. First, the flowers attracts a lot of pollinators. Secondly, they attract predatory insects they help to keep the pest population in check. Diversity is important too. I know nothing about gardening in your climate so I don't know if the benefits will be the same. It's something to consider though. The way I look at it is, we ask a lot from mother nature, so while planning a garden or homestead, we should consider what we can give back to mother nature. Looking forward to seeing your homestead develop. Thanks for sharing your journey!
I love that tip. I'm in Sweden and struggling so much with snails, caterpillars, and something keeps eating my tulip bulbs. Will look into that!
In Australia there's lots of initiative (even in the general public) to plant native plants, I remember there was even a government program where they give you free native plants! Most people don't just have lawn, usually even the non-gardeners will have a few plants in their yard on their lawn, and most of the time the plants I see them planting are native :)
Treehouse hideaway would be sick down there
From Grenada 🇬🇩, will be going back to my home land and living off the land.
Banana leaf can b used as warm food topping on a plate. Or wrapped over grilled meat when it was wash or rinse clean ❤ it's produce light natural fragrance
In addition to tasting good, molasses has lots of vitamins and minerals. Cow’s innately know what vitamins and minerals they are deficient in. Tropical grass is traditionally deficient in needed vitamins and minerals.
Please consider putting out a trailer with vitamins and minerals. If the vitamins and minerals are kept in separate free choice bins, the cows will only eat what they need. They will not overdose. Your cows will be happier and healthier in the long run. Additionally it will give you information about what deficiencies your individual fields have.
I cannot wait to absorb more. You’re living in paradise. Not long before I retire and I’d be happy to assist in maintaining the dream you’re putting together.
Treehouse with nothing but natural beauty and sunlight through the trees! So bloody jealous!
This is inspiring! Good luck and keep inspiring others to get into farming
From your neighbours across the ditch,,, so excited to see what your farm going to look like.
Really a fun video to watch ... lots of good content
Mate! You are blessed.
I'd love to live there and farm the land. As a miserable Victorian this looks like heaven.
Everywhere has its pros and cons, there is beautiful untouched coastlines down your ways with massive crayfish and you can grow cold weather fruits
@@novizadventures correct. But no tropical fruit, which for me, is heaven. I live near the great Ocean road and the otway rainforest. It's beautiful, but cold 🥶
Do your own research on wild fungi but I’m pretty sure that is white parasol and incredibly delicious, I often forage them on the mid north coast of nsw in the wet summer months. An inspiring journey your family is on together, wishing you all the best for healthy, happy future. Nothing like growing your own and hunting and gathering, so good for the soul✌️
That's amazing! Love it!
Good on ya Az. Happy to follow along for this adventure too!

New subscriber over from the original B2B. What a great use of your property. Thanks for letting us follow along.
I love the view of your farm. It looks perfectly green. ❤
It’s so cool to see someone near my home town/s doing what I’m doing now in subtropical North Nsw.
I grew up between both Kurrimine and Gordonvale.
It’s so nice to be able to see the property type I’m so used to
Looks fantastic 😊😊😊
This absolutely all time content!!
Cheers Josh! I welcome any feedback mate
Beautiful place !!
Love it man. Would be sick to see the native rewilding efforts. It's good to see examples of a property owners who are conscious of their ability to positively influence our natural environment. Becoming a sanctuary for our poor natives would be awesome to track!
What an amazing property! I love it! Really enjoy following the B2B channel, Az you do an amazing job. Very inspirational, keep up the great work!!
This is what I believe the Amazonian people were doing, living with and thriving in nature
Love the channel and your amazing property. That low spot near the river would probably suit a tree house on some good stilts.
Gorgeous property you got there. Wishing you the best of luck. 🙂
So glad to see this channel!! Excited to see what is to come !!
More to come! Cheers

Farm is superb. I am a subscriber of b2badventures and came to know about this channel recently. Please make more vlogs about farming in Australia. This has been some thing that I have been looking for so long on youtube
You’ve planted a fantastic range of fruit trees, including many popular varieties I remember from my times living in Asia. Regarding the citrus trees, have you considered pomelo? We loved them when in Thailand - basically like big, sweet grapefruit and amazing eating chilled from the fridge or with salads (even sprinkled with chilli powder!)
I’m really excited about this new channel as you’re undertaking something very different to just(!) a farming venture, which alone has some great potential, but mixing it up with outside-the-box stuff. I wish you luck and look forward to your journey.
I love the B2B fishing channels mate, but this is a great deviation. My girl and I are looking to by an acreage and go down the self sufficient path at the moment, so I look forward to following your journey.
Good luck , great project,
Thank you! Keeps me outdoors, and busy :)
Build a treehouse of course..... Cool new channel..... Good luck....
Thanks Matt!
Mate that property looks epic great job man 🙏🇦🇺🤙👌
love your place its beautiful
Food forest!

You’re in the perfect place for it!
Will do! :) thanks
Absolutely LOVING this great man! We are on the path ourselves down here in the Noosa Hinterland, we value everything your showing us here. Your climate is more conducive than ours but we all do our best with what we have ✌️🙏❤️
Look into permaculture. You may be able to help create the climate you want
Very keen to see you living my dream life.!! 👍👍😉😊
Awesome to see what grows in that area, We just purchased a property in Feluga and moving there from outback NSW to live a more sustainable lifestyle, we can't wait, didn't realize that you were in that area as well, we drove by the business and its on our list to go there when we move.
I only knew durian, dragonfruit, and bananas. That's all I knew. Everything else was new.
That is an incredible amount of work in 12 months!
I’m the barber in Mission Beach.
Love that you started a dedicated homesteading channel!
Give me a call when you need a haircut!
Lawrence.
Amazing homestead farming. Loved to roaming around 😍❤️❤️❤️ Although I can imagine your exertion but results are tremendous, lovely. 🤗👌👌👌
I wish to be connected to see your miraculous achievement 🌹🌹🌹
Love it fella's. Not going to lie true role model's. The camping fishing life is awesome. However Homesteading Awesome!
Glad you enjoyed it, thanks for watching mate. Hopefully helps in your journey too
I am shocked...You are a man of many talents Az my brother, Surf and Turf as they say LOL. You are a diamond in the rough while saying that I am validating you and at the same time sitting here in wonder as to what comes next? kind of like when polishing a diamond...a keen eye says it has potential but the true value shines through the cutter then the polisher this takes decades of experience and sometimes luck. You are all of those 3 things, I am all in brother...you will succeed at your own measure! RESPECT!
That was awesome Az looks mint mate done a bloody good job, I reckon run cattle mate my old boy does on the farms look at Belgium Blue 😉, going to be bloody good catching up can't wait to see what you have done 🤙🤙🤙
CONGRATS.
Nice selection of fruit trees, I am sure it will grow in the next few years. Once you start planting its hard to stop.
I hope so! thanks Doug
