I've just bought the same magnet to do the same thing, wish I'd seen this before hand😂 found it helped if I put the magnet in my pocket but ruined my trousers haha

Alrighth charlie i have the stanley pouch have cut off the tape measure pocket and put 2 21kg magnets at the top and at the bottom i used gorilla tape had it for atleast a year now works great

Charles mate, any good trowel recommendations have a marshalltown one but it's too heavy and start to hurt the awl wrists 👍
