All great tips. Mouthwash kills good bacteria so not a great product for our mouth. Always the best recommendations!

Olive been doing oil pulling for 20 years. You can use any oil. Preferably coconut oil. You don’t have to spend $15 on that stuff
True but the other ingredients are a bonus if you don't want to mix up a home concoction Vit K is very good to swish for the gums, as well as the other ingredients.

I’m glad it worked for you, but I went through two bottles and didn’t see any change although I don’t really have issues with my gums. I was hoping for some teeth whitening which I didn’t see. But I think it’s worth a try.

I just recieved my package of it today!! I wished for 8 minutes this evening while I was cleaning, and it wasn't bad at all! I thought it would be so gross, but I love the freshness of it! Healthier gums here I come!!! Lol
I tried this after watching Shea Whitney. Then I saw that you could use castor oil (I added a little coconut oil to thin it). You only need five minutes which is more doable for me.

Sarah, can you share how you lost your weight? What is your age? We're you counting calories and exercising? How long did it take? What did you eat? We're you followong a certain plan? Did you count macros? Were there any websites or apps that helped you? I am on a journey, too, but i never make progress, and then i give up.

I bought this and tried it once. I am very sensitive to textures, and did not handle my first attempt well. I didn't throw up but there were several heaves held back. I will attest to the fresh minty flavor lingering for hours after spitting. I should try again, maybe with half the amount...but just the thought of trying again makes my stomach churn. One day!
Then my daughter would never be able to try this. She has issues with texture but she is worse when it comes to mint. Just the slightest hint of mint and she is heaving. She is almost 20 and she has had these issues since childhood and oh Lordy did I have problems trying to find any toothpaste that was flavourless AND didn’t have any texture that set her off!! Thankfully now she has found some flavoured toothpaste that has met her needs.
Ps I wonder if you tried diluting it with some coconut oil, liquidised, if that would help you?

colored one; , I always get alcohol free , and I can rinse FOREVER before I spit , it’s lovely.

I try to pull it through my teeth. And I'm sure it would, but I had kind of a hard time with it.
In the Uk nhs Dental patient, ive had pointless conversations with my Dentist. She wont help with pain, or stopping a tooth from being removed. Id pay if i could afford to, its 3000 pound 3,767.40Dollars for one appointment. XxX ❤❤❤🐶🐾🐾

My dentist put her stamp of approval on the products. Including telling me about the whitening agent dentists use. And of course I would NEVER say that this was a replacement for a good dentist. I referenced going to the dentist many times in this video. Dental health from a professional is essential to our health.
