Hello Mr. Paul,,,, so simple and warming, just right for a cold winters day. 😊 The tips for creaming the corn, and adding the onion great help. TYFS, Stay Safe and Well Mark and Rosa
G'day from Smithfield, South Australia 🇦🇺 I can't wait to try this recipe as I really enjoy chicken and corn soup. Thank you for sharing and presenting your video so well. God bless you and please stay safe, healthy and happy. 🙏👍🤗🇭🇲🦘🌹❤️ until next time. Best wishes.
Hello Mr Paul and greetings from Australia. I love this recipe so much I now make it regularly. I replicate your recipe exactly, however I’ve made it a couple of times now using Kirkland canned chicken breast from Costco when I haven’t been able to get to the grocery store to buy fresh chicken. I know that sounds a bit yuck, but it’s most suitable for soup and it’s delicious. Thank you so much for all of your recipes.
Hi Steven. Thanks for your comment, always good to hear other people's experiences. Nothing wrong with your canned chicken, here in Spain that's not something available in the shops, however, whenever I roast a chicken I often have leftovers living alone and that goes straight into my freezer and used whenever I need some cooked chicken.
This is lovely. My older son will often make a mixed fried rice for a family dinner, and this seems the perfect accompaniment. I'm eager to make it for the family. Thank you for sharing it.
Wonderful Lin, I hope they all enjoy it. Thank you for watching and taking the time to comment, I do appreciate that. For more of my recipes go to my website at : mr-pauls-pantry.com/
HAPPY NEW YEAR! , Mr. Paul! 🎉 😆! I love this recipe, I usually use the whole niblets, but I will try the creamed soon! We call this 'egg drop soup' here! It is delicious no matter what we call it! Thank you, and I am looking forward to a whole year of new recipes from you! Stay Safe, Be well!
In China egg drop soup does not have any chicken or sweetcorn in it. Just Chicken broth (stock) salt, pepper, onion and tofu and of course egg. Also it's not usually thickened either.
@@MrPaulsPantry Yes, that's true, but as usual, America adds it's take on it! I usually use the broth, niblets, drizzled egg, and thai chili! I love soup, so I won't refuse any version! Lol!
I just happened to find your channel, Mr. Paul. I made the potato roasties yesterday and they were fantastic. I am going to make this today. You have a very clear way of explaining things. This soup looks delicious. I will let you know how it turns out but I am positive it will be very tasty. Thank you so much for your recipes. Gloria from Montréal.
Hi Ray, I'm sure you will enjoy it, I personally think it's one of those soups you can have any time of the year, especially when the nights are drawing and you sitting by a nice warm fire.
Very good chef Paul, every thing looks so delicious I wish my husband could cook he only like to eat, thanks for sharing your ideas with us. V.J.Australia
Hello Mr Paul Thanks very much for your videos. I always enjoy watching them. I am allergic to wheat flour and almond flour. They trigger asthma attacks. Also peanut butter does the same. I also seem to be allergic to dairy. I was wondering if you might be able to make videos featuring alternatives to the above flours and alternatives to dairy. I should like to make pies, pastry’s, etc but need to know what I can use instead. Thanks.
Hi Steve, I have to admit my knowledge is limited to what I made in the bakeries I've owned in the UK and here in Spain. In my 60 years in the bakery business allergies were never an issue. However, I do have a few friends in Ireland who's whole family are Wheat intolerant. Having discussed the issue with them, they tell me they substitute wheat flour with a Gluten Free flour (made for cakes & bread) from their local supermarket. They use this to make many of my recipes, cakes, muffins and even bread. I will certainly investigate your concerns and see what I can come up with. I apologise I can't be more positive at this time.
@@MrPaulsPantry Hello Mr Paul. It’s strange that allergies were never a problem in the past. I used to be able to eat anything but now I get wheezy and breathless if I eat it. I suspect it’s the Glyphosate that’s sprayed on the crops. Don’t worry if you can’t find anything. Thanks for trying to help.
Hi Deborah, do please let me know how it turns out for you. Thank you for watching and taking the time to comment, I do appreciate that. For more of my recipes go to my website at : mr-pauls-pantry.com/

Hi Mr Paul. I was wondering whether you would show us an egg custard tart. I can make the egg custard but I hear stories that the pastry can turn inside out.
An excellent version of this great Chinese classic soup. Shared to my Soups & Stews playlist 😋👍

Hallo Mr Paul.. Can you use rice flour instead of cornstarch for this recipe?
You can but it will be very difficult to prevent lumps in the the soup, plus the mouth-feel will not be so smooth.
I’m going to make this ❤
