    I love this soup after a good night on the town with a chop suey roll. ❤️👍🏼 When I make it I boil the corn cob with the kernels for flavour and sweetness. I can never get restaurant style large egg ribbons in my soup.😔

    Thanks Rik. I had same soup in Dubai a few times over the last week. I absolutely love this recipe. Does the poaching stop the chicken becoming a bit dry? Would chicken thigh work just as good? I really can't wait to try this!

      Its really for quick speed cooking. Which obviously you don't have to rush at home really. This is how I made it in the takeaway all those years ago. Thank you. Best, Rik
