- I decided to replace the suspension and lift springs that I had used for many years. The suspension is made by TEIN and the lift spring is made by 5ZIGEN, both Japanese manufacturers. I'm looking forward to seeing whether the differences in characteristics will make a difference in driving performance.

Where did you buy your camber bolt that fits this vehicle , i have tried to put my car up but there is Minors camber and positive camber issues on the wheel.Kindly Privide me with the link i may purchase it.
You can purchase it at the AMAZON shop. Here is a page that lists the most common camber bolts. Please purchase 14mm.

肉眼で見たら「えっ！？」と思います
後は街乗りと山道の感覚、長所と短所が出てくると思います

メーカーの考え方の差がよく現れています。
TEINのブレーキホースクリップはとても差しづらかったです。
まだしっかりとアライメント調整を行なっていないのでなんとも言えませんが、しばらくいろいろと出掛けて確かめます。
Great videos. Do you have a video of how to remove the plastic rails on the roof?
Unfortunately, there is no video of removing the roof rail. If you pull the rail as it is, the clip will break, so loosen the bracket fixing nut from inside the car.

Согласно данным производителя, момент затяжки колесных гаек Nissan X-Trail T31 составляет 108 Н·м (11 кг·м).
How is the stability of your Xtrail when you drive it on smooth and Rough roads at that height? Is the breaking system still works well?
I haven't driven on rough roads yet after replacing it. I think I'll get used to it for a while and then go to the forest road. I'll report back on driving performance.
Does bad suspension affect the driving perfomance of the vehicle?
of course. The shock received by the tire is alleviated by the expansion and contraction of the spring. The suspension controls the amount of expansion and contraction of the spring. How high is your car after putting these new springs at the front and at the rear?

けっこう上がったままですね。
普通は２～３キロも走れば、サグは出るもんなんですけどねぇ。
なるべくなら、アブソーバーの中心位置？ぐらいでサグが出た方が、中のバルブにも負担は少ないでしょうから・・・
恐らく、ノーマル車高で丁度良い？セッティングになっているのでは？
後は、悪路をどれだけ「いなして」くれるか？ですね。
全リフトスプリングと組みあせているので
ストローク量の三分の一くらいが目安なのか、半分くらいなのかがもう分からないですね。
しばらく走行して、もう少し下がるか確認します。
1G締めを行えば変わるかもしれません。
エクストレイルでメンバーダウンすると、各部から軋み音がしたり、ブレーキの制動距離が純正車高に比べ伸びると言われているみたいですが、実際に乗っている感じはいかがでしょうか？
私の車両は特に軋み音等は発生していません、各アームの部分のブッシュ劣化が原因かと思われます。サスペンションメンバーのブッシュが切れていた時はギシギシ、ガタガタ鳴っていました。ブレーキ制動距離は少なからず伸びるでしょう。タイヤ外径を大きくした時点で長くなります。
装備が多く常に大人2人を乗せながら運転しているようなものですが、マニュアルということもありエンジンプレーキを心掛けているのであまり気になりません。
現代の車両はアクセルを踏めば、発進時からスピードが出ますが、そのような運転はほとんどしません。ほんと、トロトロ走ってます。
スピードを出す周りの車両が怖いです。

Es 245/70r16, pero mi vehículo está equipado con un kit de elevación de 4 pulgadas, por lo que este tamaño encajará.
