  • When you're desperately craving oysters that you end up buying a whole sack (30 lbs), which equals out to around 8 dozen oysters LOL. Did I finish all 8 dozen oysters?? Watch the video to find out!

Where did you get the oysters? Recently had a bad experience at Kris'es Wholesale. Thanks for the video. I dont wash them. That slime inside is so good and nutritious.

Lafitte's Crawfish in Houston. They have all kinds of seafood, they even have king crab which I would like to try one day in my life haha. What I really like about this place and I should have mentioned this in the video is that they really clean the outside of the oyster shells really well. I have never eaten the inside slime before. Next time I'll have to try it like this, thanks for telling me. Now I may have to get some oysters soon..lol

I think you are becoming a real foodie! I know who is an expert oyster shucker now! I am only a good test taster, not shucking them.. What is your next food adventure? I will need to find you another challenge!😀

Hahah I am also only a good oyster taste tester, my husband did all the hard work 🤭 My next food adventure was...Crown Seafood! (I actually filmed this video prior to Blood Bros) but it'll be the next video this week! I won't say anymore because then I'll start typing out a book to you lol. I'll have it posted Thursday!

101 oysters between the 2 of you , that was crazy. I like the BBQ ones the most, garlic butter combo 😋. Can't get myself to eat raw ones. Ours here in California normally sourced from Washington , some actually comes from Cayucos or Morro Bay.

It was crazy.. delicious lol. Next time we're going to make the grilled oysters more cajun style, I think it'll be good. Oh my gosh, you've gotta try raw oysters again. You're missing out! I look forward to going to California and Washington one day to eat lol, and of course I'm going to try the oysters there! I like trying them in different places because they all taste differently

I used to eat raw ones, got sick once and that was it for me. 5 or 10 would be enough for me though. They are around $1.25 each here in California during the season now.@@HongtheFoodie

5 or 10 would be the minimum for me lol. It's around the same price here in Houston. They are pretty expensive

It's nice to know that's an option, I didn't know I could do that.
