  • I went to Jasmine Asian Cuisine Restaurant to eat their marinated meat with lemongrass. I put too much in my spring rolls because I want everything in it lol, AND because the rice paper is bite size! haha
Jasmine Address: 9938 Bellaire Blvd, Houston, TX 77036

Thanks Hong, another interesting place to try. I hve a lot to learn about Vietnamese food. I have only tried spring rolls that are premade with shrimp and pork. 👍

I think that's what most people are familiar with when they think of spring rolls. Don't worry, I'll continue teaching you 🙃

Niicee, there's also a Happy Lemon right next door, so stop there afterwards and get a bubble waffle 😸🤤

I’d do 2 rice papers next to each other with a little bit of overlap, followed immediately by a large lettuce leaf, then all the goodies. 😊🤤 Thanks for sharing this location.

Yummmy😋, this was a very delicious and healthy meal. Have you had tumeric , garlic, dill, onion baked catfish served the same way. Dipped in mam tom with crushed pineapple.
Did you share the leftovers with your neighbors 😂

It was! Hm I've had spring rolls with just plain fish, but like 15 years ago lol. It's been a long time! I've never had it with tumeric, garlic, dill, and onion though. That sounds really good, I'll have to try it. I didn't have any leftovers cause I ate it all lmao, but I shared the spring rolls I had tonight with them (pork & shrimp) 😁

@@HongtheFoodie pork and shrimp spring rolls, classic 👍. Google the recipe for the Vietnamese Turmeric Fish (Cha Ca La Vong)

All kinds of food. I've been here all my life and have only touched probably like 5% of the restaurants here. There are thousands of restaurants and then even more restaurants on the outskirts of Houston. It's food galore🙌

Looks delicious! This is one of my favorite type of food.
I have been wanting to go to Saigon Pagolac, but I heard that they have bad food and service.
Maybe I should go to Jasmine instead, to record a video.

Yess don't expect too much from service since it's Chinatown HAHA 😆. Make your own fish sauce and bring it because you'll be disappointed in the sauces lol
