i trained in graphic desin i can apreciate this video for how well you presented all that important info so efficiently, well done, also i will be doing all of these now, i will drop some other excersices to make room for these, i train every day so i can start tomorow, back and biceps ! i still do your 10 set curls and close grip curls for biceps, its blasting them more than anything before !
A powerlifter at my work complimented my brachioradialis once. One of the best compliments I've ever received. He also didn't speak great English but knew anatomy pretty well.

Somebody tell this guy that you don’t have to train every single minor muscle group separately. For example, you don’t need 15 different exercises for the back, just stick to 2-3 different movements and you’ll be good.
He’s not going to be doing all of these every time, he’s done them all at some point and this is what he finds to be the best for certain areas, so if some part is lacking you can do said movement
