Rowing & sailing a Catspaw dinghy

Recently found this Catspaw dinghy for sale on craigslist. Designed by Joel White based on the N G Herreshoff Columbia tender. Built by a Duluth boat builder in 2011.
She is well built, copper riveted, cedar strip planking on oak frames. The top of the transom is broken off and needs to be repaired. Otherwise she is in very nice condition.
I wanted a small, yet seaworthy sail & oar boat with a centerboard that would kick up while sailing Duluth's St Louis River and all its hidden shallows.
This is a video of my first days rowing and sailing the Catspaw on the river during the last days of Autumn.
