That is an awesome idea. Using the crankcase of an old 2 stroke engine as a transmission. I'll have to remember that. I've never seen anyone do that before. It would be better to just use a running motorcycle engine,but sometimes ya just gotta use what you have.

From the clutch cover, the gearbox seems like taken from a honda gl pro engine assy (honda gl series, 145 cc with manual clutch) or maybe gl max (125 cc). Just replace the crank assy with a shaft, on the right end make a key slot and thread for primary gear, on the left side put a pulley. Or just uninstall the con rod, let the crank assy without it then put a pulley on the left end, but I think the big end on the crank should be welded. Add a cover plate to close the opening for cylinder block. That gl pro/gl max engine was only available with kick starter assy, although from 1998 the successor's engine fitted with an electric starter with 160 cc.

Apakah di ganti dengan as polos atau masih kruk as bawaan nya cuma di buang stang sehernya? Soalnya saya bikin gearbox belakngnya pake bawaan mesin cuma di buang stang sehernya aja tapi aga berat..
