Apple & Turmeric pancakes:
1 tbsp ground flaxseeds
1/3 cup apple & apricot sauce (if you want to make a pumpkin pancake- use pumpkin pure! yumm!)
1 cup plant milk (use (3/4 cup if you don't use the protein powder, or add more oat flour)
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp turmeric
opt. black pepper to activate the turmeric
1 scoop vegan protein powder (mine is from myprotein, it's soy & unflavoured)
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup oat flour
pinch of salt

I just used vegan butter, vegan mascarpone and it was insane. TRY IT!!
Pumpkin pasta sauce
1 small butternut squash-roast at 180C with some black pepper, salt, curry powder for around 30 min until it's mashable with a fork. Then scoop out the flesh and blend in a food processor with:
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
400ml coconut milk, cannedv OR vegan cream
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp turmeric
salt & pepper
some pasta water to make it thinner
opt. fresh thyme

Enjoyed the video, as always. I am going to try this recipes. Someone gave me a pumpkin yesterday. Never had squash pasta neither since it doesn't sound tasty to me but I have to use the pumpkin so I will give it a try😊
If you dont love squash I would really just recommend drizzling maple syrup or agave on them, as well as cinnamon and bake it in the oven at around 180Celsius til its baked and you can mash it with a fork. Its one of my favorite desserts with my mum
