This game was my childhood! I remember when my brother would yell at me that my health was low and to "HEAL NOW."
I remember playing this game on my uncle's PS2, I still have both the game and his PS2 as he gave it to me when he got an Xbox 360.

Bro I STILL have my disc from the PS2 with box. I loved this game to death. I would love a remaster
You must’ve been the younger brother lol
@@anthonycifuentes3981 Not going to happen faithfully. Modern sensibilities in media people have changed to an almost unrecognisable degree since this was made.
I grew up in Dodge City. It really was only a street back when the cow herders were around. It's called Wyatt Earp Boulevard now and it has that street in the same condition as it was you can go on tours.
Gun was one of those games I absolutely loved as a child and I'd return to replay it almost every month! At first it was just mindless wild west shooting but as I grew older and understood the story more, I fell in love. If any game deserves a remaster it's Gun!
Bro, there are absolutely times when it is not only OK but _imperative_ to cheese difficulty achievements/trophies. As soon as I learned that _WWE SmackDown! vs. RAW 2009_ ’s story/season mode difficulty achievements could be gained by beating the season mode on Easy and making a save right before, then reloading, setting the difficulty to Normal, letting the credits roll, lather rinse, repeat with Hard and Legend difficulty, _et voilà_ . It saved my sanity AND got me the final achievements I needed to have them all for the game.
I've been saying "I'm hoodoo brown!!!," "No, you was." For years and no one has ever understood lolol this games so good I got this game when I was like 12 -13 this truly was a blast from the past thank you!
I love how the game is just called G U N
Loved this game as a kid soo happy i get to relive some of my childhood through these videos
Now, then- that's a blast from the past. Fantastic game, all-star cast.
He's got to deserve your sub for being a genuine gamer and not cheesing, come on peeps let's get him to 100k 👍
Most supportive dad
He is despite using SAM on Sons of Forest...
@@vurhn2009 HAHAH youre so obsessed my guy
@@RareQuestGiver Seriously though just a reminder but yeah I guess I can respect the fact he does not cheese them, after all disagree and agree on both.
@@vurhn2009 apologies i thought you were the other SAM troll haha. he does everything in his power to get achievements as available and showed the SOTF stuff outright so its a bit unfair when people troll him for it. but if you just meant it as a joke then my bad dude
I remember getting 100% completion on this, one of my first perfect games from way back in the day on the ps2, and it gave me an infinite ammo automatic cannonball launching shotgun that rended my already dead enemies more asunder. Good times.
Man I am so happy for you! the progress and watching you grow! Keep up the good work
As I’ve said, always a good day when Jazzy uploads
I have came to love this channel. your content is so different and it is super cool. Just finished watching every video you have released and they were all fantastic! Keep up the grind!!
Again after Fallout 3 a banger of my childhood. Love your Channel ❤️
God I haven't played this in so long I remember complimenting this so many times when I was young and I'm 19 believe it or not 18 years thanks for playing this
Great video! And I absolutely love the background music
Man I loved this game when I was little. I think it was the first game I ever one-hundred percent completed. I still remember the canon knock gun.
Such a great game
This and Black are two games that also underrated
this reminded me of call of juarez gunslinger, time to replay that masterpiece.
I can always remember getting gun for Christmas back in 2006 for my ps2, ahhhh they were the days😢
Loved the video man gun was one of the first games I ever played when I was like four or five years old lol
For a second when I clicked on the video I thought it was going to be Red dead Revolver lol but this is even better
Didn't play this game when I was younger, so I got to experience it through your vid. Really enjoyed this one.
At first I thought this would be Red Dead Revolver but I am happy to be wrong, especially so hearing this was one of the first games to have achievements. Well done once again Jazzy, already looking forward to the next episode!
This game was a childhood classic i still have a vivid memory of the town with the bridge leading in over the canyon and scalping people
“You remind me of a man.”
“What man?”
“The man with the power.”
“What power?”
“The power of hoodoo.”
“Hoodoo?”
“You do.”
“Do what?”
“Remind me of a man...”
I'd love to see this game remade/remastered. Watching this really brought me back to the old childhood.
This bring up my childhood, playing this with my sister on an old laptop, along with Fable Lost Chapters and Zax Alien Hunter
Ah the good old days
OMG not the game I expected to see but HELL YES, Gun is so good... Now to actually watch the video, knowing you I bet you didn't cheese the difficulty ones either. I pray for your sanity in advance. The hardest difficulty drove me insane in places.
Edit: Very well done my friend... I remember the satisfaction of the Insane achievement popping. Also I like the chunky UI :< lol
A dead island reference? A surprise to be sure, but a welcome one. That'd be a great game to grind one of these days
I LOVE GUN. One of the classics from my earlier childhood.
I still remembered when I 100% the game on ps2 within 10 hours!. Wish i didnt sell my old console and kept it
Nice video, and nice editing choice on the outro clip there. But, once again time for me to request Nier Automata, sure it'll be a long grind... but so long as you don't accidentally complete true ending before getting everything else done it shouldn't be too bad. Trust me the journey (and music!) is more than worth it.
No way. This game man. I remember playing it at my friends house. What a trip this was.
Oh my goodness! This is such an amazing game from my childhood. I remember the final boss giving me and my brother so much trouble. Nothing is more western than drinking whiskey to heal 😂
I played this with my dad and my brothers so many times, this game is legendary.
I remember this being one of the first games I ever 100-percented
Really fond memories of messing around with the cannon-gun you get for doing it
I feel old, when I think of Lucky luke, in those point-and-click/solve puzzle games. etc... - Gun though was a blast from the past too.
one of my favorite western games ever, great story, so much to do, in my heart I tell myself this was the ORIGINAL Red Dead.
So awesome to see this game get some love! Its highly underrated in my opinion.
I love this game. When I saw it on Steam in 2017, I HAD to get it and got all the achievements. It's such an enjoyable, fun game
Respect for beating it :) Was a blast to watch.
I remember me and my pals wigging out over this on the playground walking between classes in like year 8 or 9, absolutely mad. I'll never forget the first time I heard the scalping sound.
Now I'm 30 and play it on my steam deck when my wife falls to sleep. 😂
oh God, I thought I had hallucinated this game. I didn't know english at the time so this game felt like a blur of things just happening. Thank you for confirming lil' Shenna wasn't *as* insane as I thought!
I like these more classic hidden gem completions.
If I can recommend some (not sure if you have done these yet)
The Orange Box
Condemned Criminal Origins
Tony Hawk American Waste Land
CoD 2
Cars
And Sneak King (gotta love those Burger King games)
I love watching ppl complete games, especially very early game in the Xbox 360 generation. I just picked up Gun but haven’t touched it yet so I was very excited to see you playing it. Great vid
loved this game too, that jenny death scene was also engrained in my brain HAHAHA
Core memory right there
14:37 Colt understanding their language foreshadowed the twist where he was an Apache.
Him understanding the language is a damn miracle -- I might be part Norwegian but I will never automatically understand it by hearing it hahaha
What did the cowboy say at his second rodeo? “This ain’t my first rodeo.”
He got stuck in the wall LMAO that's hilarious
God I love this game, easily in my top 5 of the Xbox era. There really hasn't been a game that has captured being in a proper western as well as this one does, in my opinion.
Woohoo another video I'm so excited!!!🎉
I remember finding this game in a 5$ bin and buying it as a joke then spent the next couple months playing it until my disc broke good times.
I love this game the only part I remember from when I was 7 years old was the bridge mission in Dodge and the bear attacking you
This was also my first Western game well I didn't play it all but I seen my dad play it a lot when I was a kid on PS2
Like many, I loved this game as a kid, I think I even finished it, which was quite rare for me back then, specially when I accidentally selected the hardest difficulty...
That is one of the most simple names for a game
Jazzy grinds the games so you don't have to, also La Mulana grind when.
I’ve never heard of this game. I’m going to be in for a blast
Yeah, I had the same problem with the last level, unlike you, I just decided that my sanity is worth more than an achievement XD
I only ever played this on the OG XBox since I didn't have a 360. I probably should try getting a copy of this for the 360 sometime since it probably would be pretty fun to play it again.
I remember playing this on PS2! I should really buy this for my Xbox 360
this is one of my favorite ps2 games ever i still play it alot today. it really really sucks that steam fucked the port on it
Bro soapy is a real man who ran cons in the west he mostly ran scams and illegal lotteries it’s so cool he’s in this game even if it isn’t completely accurate
17:12 is this a hint you’ll be doing dead island here soon?
Poking around in Jennies trunk, doesn't mean what I think you think it means...
This was my favorite childhood game, i went back, I tried hardest difficulty, that was a mistake. Noticed hitboxes dont match models rather quickly on the steam boat with its cover
My first Western game was red dead revolver the first game in the red dead series and quite often forgot about
Theirs only one difficulty trophie ive ever cheesed and thats the one for the cod modern warfare remaster and its last mission, i beat the whole game legitimately but that last mission "mile high club" was so annoying so i looked up a walk though and i found the cheese, to this day i feel bad.
Love the video!
I loved the hell out of this gane as a kid
Loved this game as a kid. So much fun
I fucking loved this game as a kid.
I loved this game.
Swinging a big ass cross handle must be hard as hell to do
Never heard of it but looks good
love the content, i used to play this game when i was younger. btw idk if you already have done these games, but have you done fallout 1+2?
If I'm not mistaken there are no achievements on 1 and 2, I could be wrong though.
You HAVE to try Call of Juarez Gunslinger. Such a good, cheesy game almost akin to Borderlands in style.
I never know the game was in xbox 360 i played on ps2 and i loved
I can see why I thought this game was related to red dead when I was little
The honest Tom achievement should’ve been named “the not so honest Tom”
OMG THIS GAME WAS SO GOOD
Odd that Difficulty Achievements used to only proc on the difficulty they were connected to. Now you get them if you beat a higher difficulty.
I liked unlocking the armored horse
Gun is an amazing game! Played it to death on my PS2
Would love to see you do the Portal series and the Half Life series
God I WISH missouri had mountains like that 🤣
14:46 Assuming he can understand them cause he was first raised by them as a baby... bit of a stretch but that's my best guess 23:30
ikr lmaoo
I AM HOODOO BROWN!
You were
Whats the song in the background? I could hear it i think the whole video and it sounds really nice but i dont know how to find it
Used to this game with my friends and it would be our topic cause we have potato pc but it was playable on our pc😆😂
Love this video
Is there a difference in maps between pc and Xbox? I feel like remembering areas a bit differently...
My biggest nightmare was trying to run it in the first place
8:42 Likely this was done to stay in theme with old western comics, where they were stereotypes and caricatures as well.
This comics were probably racist themselves, but from the few i have seen, it seems more a "don't know better" than "genuine hatred"
Well this was unexpected. I played in a ps2 emulator and liked it. Surprised that your playing this, but whatever.
And once again they forget he has a gun.
Pls play GTA:Lost City Stories, it was my favourite ps2 game, but i only finished the 1st mission 😅
Hmm was that a dead island reference?
god it has been a loooong time since I subbed I think I subbed at aroung 62-3k
Pastor Van der Linde😂
