    I have been experiencing issues with not having much emotion where a normal human response would be grief or sadness, I’ve been working with acceptance of the way things are and I’m curious if this would be considered a natural step for the process of awakening or if maybe I’m avoiding the emotions? Like with a family death it’s like I’ve skipped the stages of grief and moved right to acceptance. Can’t figure out if this is a positive or negative thing. Thanks Violet

      @@twilighttumbleweeds a good question. Hard to really know without further understanding of your energy and your story. But generally if you’re questioning it meaning there’s doubt then that’s a good indication that there’s wisdom in that doubt. Which is a good place to be. What I’d suggest is when your in meditation or quiet time really asking the question with humbleness “is there grief that I am not wanting to feel?” You can bring the family member into your mind in ways of memory and really let your consciousness experience that memory and see if it triggers the emotion in the body. Also such beauty to have the acceptance. Use it when orienting to this question. “If there is unprocessed grief here then I accept and welcome it fully” - would love to hear how this goes you can write me on my website or book a session.
