Thanks so much for the video!! I rebuilt my 2012 Journey front end - lower balls joints, outer tire rods, wheel bearings, sway bar supports, and last was the CV joint axles. Used your video's for a guide - great job BTW! Left side was easy - right side was just like your video and I had to pound the right inner CV joint loose - only I just have it up on jack stands so had to crawl under it and do it from there. If it wasn't for your guidance and video I would have given up and and had to pay for a tow and mechanic. But with your video I figured I'd try it again and pounded it with a small 5lb sledge. After about 2 minutes it broke loose and slid off. THANKS for the Help!!
Nice cross thread on the ball joint at the end there (forgot to protect the threads before using the big friendly hammer (bfh)). Otherwise, good, information.
Great job !!, I have a Dodge Journey 2015, I have a clicking when I turn right or left, for that job you are doing, how much does a shop charge for that.
Good Job, I've Durango 2013 model, and front passenger-side some knocking sound is coming while turning the vehicle on very slow speed, please advise what would be the reasons, Thank You.
