im always amazed how shitty many tracks in america look like. Here in Europe we are blessed with good tracks like Most, Oschersleben, Nürburgring and Hockenheimring. All in a range of 10hours drive.
True that. Aswell as tracks in Britain such as donington, cadwell Park, brands hatch, Silverstone etc... just seems like not a lot of effort is put into american tracks
Thankfully we have big roads and nearly a continent-sized country with enormous highways
You should look up utah Motorsports campus. We out in Utah have a pretty nice track. Not perfect or the prettiest but it’s a fairly good size track especially the outer loop!

Yeah because you actually race on those tracks constantly, in America there’s only a few tracks that see regular use.
Not to mention the FIA isn’t regularly up tracks butts for certification out here except for COTA

I actually like hearing the commentary/saying your thoughts out loud while you're racing. It gives the viewers more to understand than just the visuals of you racing
Yeah but remember that pilots must be like a 100% concentrated on track, if he starts talking he may commit mistakes :/ but this wasn't the case obviously

i'm sure others will mention this but other things to consider on the track 1) try to avoid buzzing people close when there's open track and 2) try to avoid big biking (the hp2 for example) if you just let them out a little bit its unlikely you'll see them again
what does buzzing mean
@Cartier - passing someone due to a not-insignificant speed differential, generally very close to them (within a couple feet). there will always be speed differences on track so it's best to give someone room when you pass them quickly, for your safety and theirs.
what is big biking?
@martinljungberg5753 when you use the horsepower of a more powerful bike to re-pass someone on a straight away, when that rider had previously passed you in a corner

See dozens of questions asking what track this is and about crashing with no response…lol. Track is Homestead Miami speedway and is primarily a nascar style banked oval track, in this configuration they use the infield to “try” to turn it into a road racing coarse.
