Imagine. The faction you produce the LEAST models and the least lore for your franchise, absolutely dominates your game by doing exactly what the very little lore says they do.
As a death guard player. I'm glad they're not on the bottom of the sewage sludge barrel. But I really wish they emphasized the toughness on them instead of making them a swarm army
Yeah I know a lot of people are complaining that 10E armies feel a little bit too much like hoard armies now. Good thing 2 of my armies have a low model count that totally isnt a detriment
I feel like at the very least armies are more consistent. There’s a 10% difference versus a 20-30% difference. That’s gonna happen in such a large game with so many options. However pointed war gear would help substantially especially making really hard hitting armies more expensive to outfit and lower preformering armies with cheaper equipment
As horrendous as the reign of the knife-ears has been, I'm kinda glad that we're having to deal with this right now, because this is raising a whole new generation of 40K players to absofuckinglutely despise Eldar.
I'd make angron 5 points and put eightbound and exalted into battleline. For templars points decrease for every model, tyranids every single weapon has devastating wounds and custodes would be have at minimum 4 wounds with and then they can go to hell because GW screwed them over in a way I don't understand
I play harlequins in 40K up until 10th. I have yet to play them in 10th and have moved to sisters and genestealer. I hope eldar get nerfed while giving harlequins some of there old things back.
Still crazy seeing how much swing a bunch of these armies suffer. Others just can't win no matter what they do, until they break said army. Balance is unlikely, as that would remove half of the FOMO sales GW lives for. (I like to buy models because they look cool - make cool models...)
eldar just have too many great options involved in your list building. Marky and I have no fucking clue why orks are doing well. For Guardsmen, i'd bring back the turret rule we had for a couple months for our vehicles. our coaxial autocannons hit on 3's still as if they had the turret rule which is inconsistent as sin...
Hobbies were not meant to have moving targets every 2 months. Balance is a specter, play asymmetrical games (of an older edition) with your friends and tweak points amongst yourselves. Just backport newer models you like to a stable edition. There is no way to balance 20+ books against each other at equal point armies with symmetrical deployments and symmetrical scenarios.
GW needs to stop f-ing around with the rules in an attempt to create balance. They can’t possibly account for every potential outcome for every rule change. Leave the rules alone. Stick to updating the points. Changing rules is the most ridiculous thing to do as it immediately invalidates the rulebooks and codexes as soon as the change happens. It also makes the game that more difficult to learn and keep current on. Points will have the biggest impact on the problem armies with the least impact on the game itself.
Deja vu? Also 90% of my armies are in bottom/middle
I am loving the fact that Orks are a top-tier army choice now.
WAGGGGHHHHH I honestly hope they stay there need something else besides eldar always winning
Nice video Handi. Glad to see you finally got your tank. Are you going to do a build stream for it?
yes when I get the replacement parts....
The most unexpected part of this is the Caladius coming back in stock

That thing making ripe noises and saying jellybeans lives rent free in my head

When everything is overpowered nobody is overpowered
No just my stuff should be OP no one else should be allowed to have fun it's my turn >:(
My Drukhari would be
Lethal Hits when a Charge is done in addition to our Detachment rule
Archon fixed & can lead Incubi
Assault ramp on Raiders.
