      see.. thyroid and blood preasure can be somewhat controlled by a good diet.. but using any diet instead of medication without consulting with your doctor would be improper

    For me rajma is very beneficial because i have my own experience. Whenever i workout and thebn eat rajma post workout my arms biceps and chest feels pumped for more time compared to other days when i dont eat any protein. Especially with plain rice.

    what happens once we boil rajma? in google it says raw rajma protien = 24g/100gm & boiled rajma protien = 9g/100gm

      When you boil 100gm raw rajma, the rajma absorbs some water and its weight increases roughly about 2.5 to 3 times. So, after you have boiled 100gm raw rajma you get about 250-300gm boiled rajma. So, here the 24g protein that you would have gotten in 100gm raw rajma will be about 250-300gm in cooked rajma.

    sir mera diet plan aisay hai kai subha ek ya do brown bread with green tea .8 bajay say 9 kai darmaiyan phr 11 bajay ek apple and 2 bajay tak lunch os mai green tea and juwar ki choti si roti .phr 4 bajay jb bhook lagi tu phr ek apple.orange and then sham ko rajma chaat os mai sirf hari mirch onion and tomato dala then opar say black pepper ek choti si juwar ki roti aur ek chichen piece .
    es kai baad apni diet mai dahi .milk bi shamil karo gi aur oats meal bi har din cheezai change hogi .lunch aur dinner yahi hoga aur cheezai change hogi kya yai diet plan sahi hai raat ko agar bhook lagay tu ya tu ek orange ya 5-6 peanuts ya badam.

      Isko agar normal temp pe cook karoge toh macros almost same rahega.. zada oil mein cook nagi karoge toh fat ka koi tension nahi hai.. changes toh hote hai cook karne par but low temp pe karo toh almost same rehta hai
