For me rajma is very beneficial because i have my own experience. Whenever i workout and thebn eat rajma post workout my arms biceps and chest feels pumped for more time compared to other days when i dont eat any protein. Especially with plain rice.

Don't you know that fiber is always included within carbohydrates? this has 60gm carbs out of which 24gm is fiber.. koi baat nahi bro yeh knowledge sabke paas nahi hota hai.. so subscribe to my channel if u want to have knowledge about nutrition and healthy life
what happens once we boil rajma? in google it says raw rajma protien = 24g/100gm & boiled rajma protien = 9g/100gm

When you boil 100gm raw rajma, the rajma absorbs some water and its weight increases roughly about 2.5 to 3 times. So, after you have boiled 100gm raw rajma you get about 250-300gm boiled rajma. So, here the 24g protein that you would have gotten in 100gm raw rajma will be about 250-300gm in cooked rajma.
