So, I tried this today. Initially i didn't get the same color as yours and got a bit upset. But when i tasted it, it reminded me of the rajma chawal that my punjabi friend used to bring in her lunch. When i was 12, our family had a trip to Kashmir. There at a valley suddenly it started to rain so, we went to a dhaba. And there was this amazing rajma chawal served with loads of ghee, it tasted like heavon in mouth. Rajma Chitta-1 1/4 cup Oil - 1/3 cup Bayleaf - 1no Black Cardmom- 1 Cumin -2 tsp Onion(grated/purie)- 1cup Greenchilli-1no GarlicPaste- 1tbsp Ginger paste -1 tbsp Turmeric- 1/2 tsp Kashmr lalmirchpwdr-1tbsp Corriander Pwdr-1 tbsp Nice stir & roast masala Tomato(grated/purie)- 2cup Salt Rajma Then roast it for 5-7min Then water - 5cup C put cooker lid on .wait till 1 whistle. After put on low flame Kasoori methi pwdr 1/2tsp Garam masala -1/4tsp Corriander ..cook it for 4-5 min Pour ghee on serving

Rajma Chitta-1 1/4 cup
Oil - 1/3 cup
Bayleaf - 1no
Black Cardmom- 1
Cumin -2 tsp
Onion(grated/purie)- 1cup
Greenchilli-1no
GarlicPaste- 1tbsp
Ginger paste -1 tbsp
Turmeric- 1/2 tsp
Kashmr lalmirchpwdr-1tbsp
Corriander Pwdr-1 tbsp
Nice stir & roast masala
Tomato(grated/purie)- 2cup
Salt
Rajma
Then roast it for 5-7min
Then water - 5cup
C put cooker lid on .wait till 1 whistle. After put on low flame
Kasoori methi pwdr 1/2tsp
Garam masala -1/4tsp
Corriander
..cook it for 4-5 min
Pour ghee on serving
