These oils are distilled from hearty green conifers in Canada (Balsam Fir) and the Atlas Mountains (Atlas Cedarwood). They smell fresh and foresty!

I am combining the Atlas Cedarwood and Balsam Fir Essential oils in a 5 ml bottle to make a “stock blend.” After you use this blend for a sinus-clearing steam, you’ll have plenty left “in stock” to use in your diffuser, a DIY roll-on, and any other way you like to use essential oils.
😎 Just one drop of this blend added to a bowl of steamy water can clear your sinuses with a few breaths! That’s due to the nourishing components of the oils-many of which have been well-researched-and the comfort of the steam itself.

Hi Cheryl! Yes, absolutely! Adding 10-15 drops of this blend in an inhaler would be a fantastic idea. It would also be great to use this blend in a diffuser. We'd love to hear how it goes if you try it! 💜
