Hello 🙂 Thank you for the recipe - I've made and already eaten the chocolate cake. I did substitute few ingredients and tweak a few things to make it more fudge like and rich. 1) added only the egg yolk 2) substituted 1 almond flour to coconut flour. 3 added milk and heavy cream to the mixture until it's thick cake batter consistency. 4) cooked it for 80 seconds in the microwave allowed it to sit and cool down. It was perfect with an English cup of tea. It was like cake brownie. Much love and blessings to you all ❤️
Thank you for sharing, I just tried the vanilla one and I was impressed with how good it was! The only thing I did differently was used 3 tablespoons of almond flour and 1 tablespoon of coconut flour. I'm not really into the bouncy egg-like texture that the almond flour retains,so I figured the coconut flour would help absorb some of it,and it worked! It was really good! Love your videos Dani❤🙂
I love this recipe. I use almond extract instead of vanilla and almond paste for the delicious almond version of the chocolate or vanilla cake in the cup. Thanks for posting this
I’ve tried so many chocolate mug cake recipes and this one is by far the best!! It came out so fluffy and moist, not rubbery at all like other recipes I’ve tried :)) thank you!
Thank you for these two recipes! We're having a "social distancing picnic" with our son and daughter-in-law soon and these will be a fantastic addition 💙
@@CleanandDeliciousDani, Well, I made one chocolate and one vanilla mug cake and my husband and I shared them. I over cooked the chocolate one cuz it wasn't done in one minute so I put it in for 50seconds more-a mistake, but it still was good. The vanilla I learned from my mistake and had it in for 1min & 30 seconds and it was perfect! I topped them with yogurt and raspberries YUM! Thank you again and may God bless your channel :)
This is so the right recipe for me on a sunday afternoon. Tried it today for the first time and I'm so surprised :) I replaced a part of the almond flour by coconut flour because I only had large eggs aaand I love coconut;)
I just subscribe to your channel because you are considered enough to list the recipe in your show more section! And thank you for giving us options when we don't have or eat eggs! I wish the very best to all who read this!
I made a mug cake with ground flax seed it was very good I will try your way to mine just flax egg baking powder cocoa and 3 pkgs of equal it was great. I also like some peanut butter and a powdered sugar mixed for a peanut butter cup. Then put on my cake
I'd use a silicone mini cake form. Bake 350. Haven't tried myself, just offering suggestion. Also have small 6.5" cast iron skillet I will probably try this in. Or a 5" square cast iron skillet. Like the mini skillets because some batters and doughs can be put in fridge or freezer and I can bake one at a time. I have a microwave but I avoid as much as possible. Baking in it really creepy to me. This could be very good with frozen banana frozen dessert/ice cream. Sometimes I make the ice cream and want a little cake to make more enjoyable.
PB&J said to use aquafaba to replace egg.....don't know if it works. To keep mug tidy, I'm using parchment large paper tulip muffin liners. Also minced up two dates in Nutribullet as sweetener.
Lisa Lamb I melted my coconut oil. The batter came out thick. Do the second time I used the avocado oil, the batter came out just like the video. The coconut dried out the batter.
Ahh, these look delicious! Thanks for sharing, I appreciate your alternative tips too. I want to try expanding the vanilla cake one using an 8" round silicone pan. Would that be more than quadruple volume?
Yummmmm Thank You so much!!! Delicious!!!! I put one individual snack peaches at the bottom and put the batter on top of the peaches. Yummmmmm easy peach cobbler. Thank You for the recipe. I subscribed to your channel. :)
Have you ever made a 3-2-1 cake? Mix package of angel food cake with package of cake flavor of your choice. Then, put 3 tablespoons of mixture in mug and 2 tablespoons of water. Mix and nuke for 1 minute. YUM
You can use regular flour but you may need to adjust some of the other ingredients a bit. As for the coconut oil, you can try a pastured butter or avocado oil instead.
When she says adjust what does she mean? All I have is regular four but I'd love to surprise my fiance tomorrow when she gets home. Also I have no coconut oil but I have pasteurized butter
Would you please explain about the monk fruit? Two tsps, or did you say Tblsps? Either way, that’s too much straight monk fruit! Do you mean the kind that’s mostly something else, with a little monkfruit blended in? I think it has a name but can’t remember it. Thanks!
I’ve made a couple of your recipes so far and I’m floored that healthy eating can actually be delicious!!! Please never stop.

Hi Dani, for vegan you can use cashewcreme. Cashewcreme + buckwheat flour 90sec microwave.
Who knew?! Thank you for sharing.
PB&J said to use aquafaba to replace egg.....don't know if it works. To keep mug tidy, I'm using parchment large paper tulip muffin liners. Also minced up two dates in Nutribullet as sweetener.
I just made the chocolate one and it’s delicious!! I used avacado oil because I didn’t have any coconut.
Lisa Lamb I melted my coconut oil. The batter came out thick. Do the second time I used the avocado oil, the batter came out just like the video. The coconut dried out the batter.

Wonderful Dani
Why am I watching this, I don’t have a microwave
You can make the recepie in an oven but use a few cupcake molds or a small oven safe dish instead of a coffe mug 175°C to 200°C for about ten min
For attention because your a loser.
Mary G. Loser

Is there a replacement for the coconut oil in the vanilla cake recipe?
I don’t use a microwave in my kitchen. Can these be baked in the oven? If so do you have any advise on the time and temperature? Thanks!
